saying the president didn't lie shths he didn't lie. on the senate meeting where the democratic senators came to meet with the president and worked behind closed doors i am sure they were very respect fful but they have to be nervous from from some of the election results last night. >> 14 democrat senators were in there. do you have any more details about that meetling? >> 15 of them. i talked to people who were in the room and they were saying there was frustration among the senate democrats. it is beyond the rollout they are not getting enough information and not enough help from the administration in terms of pushing back and explaining this to the american people. specifically the next shoe to drop is what kind of a delay is there going to be in the enrollment deadline. you have colorado who is an ally

he is not a critic. he put out a statement that they have to do more with the privacy, people's social security, et cetera. he wants the enrollment deadline pushed beyond march 2014. he didn't specify how far. the other thing another democrat of alaska told us he has been screaming at the white house his words yelling at them to do a better job of figuring out the web site, giving people more con if i p -- confidence crisis in confidence. another up for reelection said there's a crisis in confidence as to whether or not the administration can get this web site fixed. if you push that enrollment deadline beyond march of 2014 what are you going to do? three months, six months you might be pushing it right up against the election even more of a referendum in that election make it a bigger issue than democrats want.

the law they want to fix it they want to amend it. i was told that mark said he tried to get on the web site and couldn't. >> how many up for reelection next year? >> all of them except michael bennett of colorado. hides are on the line. >> if you are looking at returns from virginia the closing that happened in the last four or five days if you look at the counties the red counties went redder, that clearly was motivated obamacare it certainly wasn't such necuccinelli. terri mcauliffe became an impact them self. >> cuccinelli is someone who has been against the president's healthcare law in the beginning. he tried to make that an issue at the end. it helped him close a double dig get gap. he lost but he got closer. even more telling than that

think about when the president was there for a rally to help mcauliffe he never mentioned his own healthcare law. if he wanted to help mcauliffe who was an unabashed supporter of obamacare, he wasn't running from it, the president didn't give it a big push. he understands in these close races this healthcare law is pretty unpopular right now. >> we know the web site is just a small problem when you look at the policy side of this bill. has the white house indicated their willingness to budge on the hole spolicy side or doing with the penalty for a short term or extending the individual mandate. second part of that have republicans expressed any interest in maybe now with democratic support trying to push through some policy changes with bipartisan effort? oo 24they have some

bipartisanship to change the law. the president and jay carney have said in recent weeks they are willing to sit down with republicans. a bill for example mary landrieu was talking about yesterday who wants to delay the fines as you asked. jay carney was a little skushy on whether they support it. specifically they have not gotten behind any various bills pushing for changes. when you have democrats like mary landrieu and mark baucus you have to change things. there has to be a deadline beyond march 14th. these democrats facing the voters of 2014. the president doesn't face the voters again they do. they are pressuring this white house. that is like toy to change here. >> is there a truth they were handing out amode yum to

country. private sector verses public sector. it was a gutsy decision. that's how he won initially. he also was able to show leadership after hurricane sandy which helped him. he stepped up and helped that state. however, he did do some things gay immersion conversation, global warming that have conservatives very upset with him. again ronald reagan was very about unification. chris christie has to help when it is not shooting inside the tent. rudy giuliani tried to ignore those states and go right to florida it didn't work very well. >> i want to get to the virginia governor's race before we get out of there. you think christie is well positioned to start plying to indiana. >> he is but it's a very conservative state. anybody believes that he didn't
