okay. imagine the surprise of f >> your house is up in flames and firefighters couldn't save it in time. so they let it burn to the ground. then image the shock of getting a bill from them for almost 20,000 dollars for their services. it happened recently in an ironically named town of, i am not making this up, surprise, arizona. homeowners justin per sell got the bill from the rural metro fire department because his home is in an unincorporated town in arizona without any fire coverage. but he could have purchased coverage from rural metro for about 500 bucks a year. he didn't. here is the tape. >> it was wasn't a surprise, it was a shocker. $1,500 a truck. i think they were paying the firefighters 150 an hour and they were several of them, if it was reasonable, and i don't know what reasonable is, but 20,000
