we gave you a weather update about 30 minutes ago. at that time we were seeing rain coming down but temperatures are just starting to dip down below freezing and we are seeing that rain transition over to freezing rain. that freezing rain will be coating roadways across the city of dallas surrounding areas as well across the state of texas. it will be dangerous out tlont roadways. if you have to work today or doing any traveling heading out of town for thanksgiving on thursday. the same storm system produced 8 inches of snowfall across oklahoma yesterday, today, winter weather advisories in effect and winter storm warnings as well. the storm will be across parts of the northeast and impacting areas along the northeastern region between parts of pennsylvania and up state new york. the storm tracks up the coast. most areas along the coast are dealing with areas of rain. temperatures are forecast to be relatively mild the wind will be a huge problem, though.

what is the deal and does the deal go far enough? good morning, doug. >> good morning. now the president is going to have to convince u.s. allies like israel and saudi arabia as well as members of congress that this is a good deal. many right now are not so sure. the way this works, iran agrees to scale back although not eliminate the nuclear capacity for six months while everyone works on a longer term deal. in the meantime this will be inspection to make sure they are agreeing. john kerry celebrated the agreement with other lead negotiators but it comes after months of secret talks between the u.s. and iran. don't count israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu of a fan of what the u.s. calls a break through. >> we can not and will not allow

introduce a bill that would fine companies 20,000 dollars for each illegal call and consider repeat calls felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison. schumer says it isn't high enough to incentivize somebody not to call. they will publicize the best technological solution. sumer says the federal trade commission had 200,000 robo call complaints a month that's compared to 65,000 in october of 2010. whether this is good news depends who you ask. last month the federal communications commission strengthened requirements having prior express written consent before issuing automatic calls. the new rules opened up blow back of unnecessary litigation at a time businesses can get all of the then they can get.
