for all of this. most of the issues out of pennsylvania, new york and new jersey with average delay times of two hours. the storm has now passed and travelers should be in the clear today. >> it is not thanksgiving without the macy's thanksgiving day parade. right now the fate of the big parade balloons is up in the air. rick is tracking the winds that could ground the balloons. >> we will be seeing winds out of the 25-30 mile an hour range. they can adjust how high the winds will fly. we are know it will be a game time decision. these are shots you are looking at right now of yesterday. it is right where the parade starts. they bring the balloons out and

being isolated in everything. >> the girls ages 12, 13 and 17 were found after two of the girls managed to escape. the couple facing kidnapping and child abuse. a judge set bail for 100,000 for the stepfather and 75,000 for the mother. >> is the white house worried about high demand the obama administration is delaying a marketing campaign for fear that a rush to sign up could overwhelmi the system. the web site will be able to accommodate the vast majority of people by november 30th. another day, another delay it seems for obamacare. the department of health and human services announcing on-line enrollment for small businesses will be pushed back a year. doug luzader is live with the latest on this latest delay.

>> good morning, doug. >> good morning. the timing of this announcement raised some eyebrows because the administration dropped this obamacare bombshell the day before thanksgiving when it was less likely to create attention. it is causing more problems for small businesses many are struggling to comply. they will not be able to access the government's web care site as they promised. instead they have to rely on brokers or insurance companies. small businesses continue to be low on the priority list during the obama care implementation process. the obamacare web site still isn't ready for prime time. the self-imposed deadline to have this all taken care of, but a spokeswoman for the agency responsible for administering
