pressure on kathleen sebelius to give that number. i believe as of january 1st, more will have lost their health insurance than those that gained. could you imagine if the outcome of the bill that was supposed to get everybody covered right -- adam levine only knows how to get models into bed. he's not going to get them into the exchanges. does the opposite of what intended. >> 8.4 million have lost their insurance. >> we don't know how many people. >> the reason we know now because there's a certain amount of time insurance companies have to tell people if they're going to throw them off january 1st, they've got to let them know by november date or whatever. here's the problem o. clearly there won't be as many signed up for obama care.

did a judge let a 16-year-old that killed four people walk free because his parents are rich? than couch was you sentenced to a decade of probation. june 16th he and buddies got drunk and got behind a wheel. they killed four people and injured nine. the defense used the psychologist who diagnosed the teen with after aft-- with affluenza. here's a husband who lost his wife that night. >> i'm back to week one. we have accomplished nothing here. my healing process is out the window. the primary message has to absolutely be that money and privilege can't buy justice in

this country. it's not okay to drink and drive, kill four people and severely wound others and not have consequences. >> i don't know if we can convey how outrageous it was in words. >> he was on valium, four people with him. four dead and others injured. is this the worst failing of a judge you've ever seen? >> it's bizarre. in a weird way as parents you want to provide for your kid every advantage they can have in life. now they're saying that could be responsible for a crime. you allowing the certain privileges to take part in this guy's life. actually turns him into a murderer. the kid gets off in a sense blaming the parents. why aren't the parents going to jail? if there was a punishment to the parent, they wouldn't have pulled this defense.
