tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  December 14, 2013 9:00pm-10:01pm PST

9:00 pm
9:01 pm
>> he did manage the flash the gang sign for california mafia crips athens park boys and something that looked like the university of texas hook em horns gesture, then, this one. you can figure it out. he did the same thing last year in a presidential event. african national congress never entertained complaints. here is a message to the government of south africa. if you can't find a good sign interpreter, very a recommendation. try something like this. >> now as a public service to viewer was difficult of their hearing i will repeat the top story of the day aided by head master of the new york schools and hard of hearing. our top story tonight.
9:02 pm
>> our top story tonight. >> tonight's top question >> good night. have a pleasant tomorrow. >> but tommy is not just a fraud, you know? he's a whack job. a violent schizophrenic who spent a year in a mental institution, wants to be institutionalized the day of the service but left to attend the funeral. where he admits he heard voices and saw angels soaring into the stadium while he did his sign two step. he's a violent criminal, a frequent guest of south african jails for charges like rape, theft, burglary, property damage, murder, attempted murder, and kidnapping. so mentally unfit he wasn't even
9:03 pm
competent to stand trial on some of those charges. and that murder charge? well. the south african government can't find the don'ts of the murder file or say the case has been resolved and disposed off z south africaa nuclear power? maybe angels flew off with the file this, would be hysterical if it weren't so deadly dangerous. what is up with the secret service? how do they not screen someone standing within inches of the president of the united states of america? a minimal investigation would reveal the so-called signer is a fraud, a violent criminal. you guys get paid for what? but again these are the same
9:04 pm
bozos where inept tud is rampant. you remember the salahis. secret service will let you in when threats against the president are at an all time high. but, to give the secret service some credit, think are sensitive to the economic woes of other nations. openly supporting the economy of columbia, enlisting the services of prostitutes. that described by some as falling under the code what happens in the secret service stays in the secret service. and what is that? prostitution isn't illegal in columbia? i feel so much better. and i'll bet the secret service guys
9:05 pm
wives do, too. only the president's whereabouts are at risk. of course then head of the secret service says this behavior is an anomaly. why when the secret service shows up in town they're referred to as secret circus? ok okay. explain how you let the vice president's secret service vehicle get stolen from a hotel parking a lot in detroit? might something have been going on in that hotel? some say both south africa and the secret service are responsible but the safety of the president of the united states is in the jurisdiction of the secret service how could you relie on south africa given their familiarity
9:06 pm
with this fraudulent behavior? how does the secret service permit a dangerous man within inches of the president of the free world? i know integrity, devotion, and the courage of many agents in the secret service. these guys, men, women will take a bullet for the president. that is not even up for debate here. but come on, guys. how do you not check this man out? i don't care if the pope vouches for him. your job is check him out again, law enforcement 101. were you too busy looking to bump up the south african economy? why wasn't this planned better? given nelson mandela was of deteriorating health and on life support. is everyone incompetent in the obama administration?
9:07 pm
you can relie on jay carney to cover for you. >> secret service does extraordinary work to ensure the safety of its protectees. >> i have a better idea. instead of wasting your breath making believe secret service did a good job in south africa, i encourage to you tell the secret service to beef up the president's security. their resources would be better spent making sure michelle obama doesn't kill the president for taking that selfie with that blonde in south africa at the service. with me, author of "never trust a liberal over 3", ann coulter, ann, can you
9:08 pm
believe this stuff? >> no. i think it's fantastic my favorite story of the week. >> how incompetent is the administration? >> too competent in a lot of things i won't they were more incompetent. they got obamacare through. that is going to wreck the country. >> what do you think of what is going on with obamacare now? we've got the secretary of health and human services saying those insurance companies should allow people to get premiums in on december 31st for coverage on january 1st. does she believe an insurance company is going to listen to her? she can't get it right sf >> unfortunately, i mean they'll probably have to. they're beholder to the obama administration. it's outrageous what the administration is asking, people haven't been able
9:09 pm
to sign up for plans, because o administration is simply ordering insurance companies to extend coverage to people who have not paid yet. it is a taking under the constitution. it's shocking but i mean, other than obama, the most arrogant human being who's salary you pay is kathleen sebelius. this started with the web site, congress called her for oversight she announced i don't bluff for them. >> now, she's telling the internet companies that they're supposed to set up the web site you don't have to listen to congressional oversight committee. you're not going to hand over your records but having said that, can you think of a reason why the woman should stay? >> well, no one ever goes in this administration. eric holder handed over hundreds of guns to
9:10 pm
mexican drug cartels, all in order to pump up the left's argument that american guns were being used in mexican crimes, it's that fast and furious as operations called is most outrageous scandal other than actual passage of obamacare. boy say, in american history. would be if the republican administration started sending you know poisonous aborted stations in abortion stations. oh, it's killing mothers now, too. they're allowing mexicans and one american to die with these illegal guns in hands of criminal gangs and did eric holder, the man presiding over the department of justice? did he get fired? no. he did not. >> the sad part ann is that this is the third anniversary of the killing of brian terry one of
9:11 pm
the fast and furious weapons. you're a lawyer, too. i mean the idea that that federal file was sealed, the indictment filed which has been a public record so that people won't get the information they wanted and case is resolved that is just typical of how the obama administration just makes believe things didn't happen. >> no that is that is right nochlt matter your politics you should vote for republican. with republican administration there is an adversary mid moo -- medio expose these things. >> that is an interesting point. i've got 30 seconds. what is next for obamacare? >> well, have you to repeal it i mean it's not going to fall of its own accord. that is important. because people say oh, don't get in the way. it's
9:12 pm
collapsing. the government wrecked public education. yet, we still have it with us. it's only going to get repealed is the presidency. what happened ann coulter, thank you for being with us >> the gloves off. a heated exchange between texas congressman michael burgess and secretary sebelius. can you think of a reason why health and human services secretary sebelius should stay? facebook or tweet me at judge janine.
9:13 pm
9:14 pm
9:15 pm
9:16 pm
>> i said i think the launch was flawed and failed and frustrating for millions of people, unacceptable. we want to both figure out the chain of events what went wrong to help do this investigation. >> wait a minute. wait a minute. kathleen sebelius, hundreds of millions of dollars to do it with, who lied to congress saying it would be ready on october 1st, when every expert knew it could never be ready, and who said she was not concerned with faults but with fixing the problem who still hasn't fixed the problem, now,
9:17 pm
wants to know who is at fault? are you kidding? this is like the fox watching the hen house. like the court driving a stolen car. and your now key demanding, demanding to know who stole that car? or, better yet like hillary and benghazi accountability review board the one she appointed? you never questioned heshgs then exonerated her? by the way if you want to know who is at fault, how about you let congressional committee charged with oversight and government reform made up of both republicans and democrats, do their jobs. let them investigate. and how dare, how dare you tell those contractors that you now say you want investigated not to provide
9:18 pm
congress with the very records that they have subpoenaed? who do you think you are? in contrary to what you said and what you believed, you work for us american people. oh, i forgot. in this administration, when you mess up, you get a promotion. like sarah hall ingraham from irs scandal. victoria newland and all signs point to hillary going for the biggest promotion of them all. in 2016. and with me, house energy and commerce economy member and doctor who practiced medicine nearly three decades, congressman michael burgess from texas. good evening, congressman.
9:19 pm
>> good evening, judge. >> where are we with obamacare and the web site. >> i think you hit the nail on the head with your last discussion. this is what frustrated people so much. two weeks before october 1st, what secretary sebelius tenants were under investigation. he wouldn't answer but the answer was worth an indictment. he he said you will be able to go on the web site and you will be able to enroll. three of those things were false. >> scary. anyway, congressman stick around. when we come back, i want to know your thoughts on sebelius's so called investigation request.
9:20 pm
9:21 pm
9:22 pm
9:23 pm
congressman michael burgess is back with us you questioned secretary sebelius today were you satisfied with answers from her? >> no. absolutely not. she's good at not responding and in a responsive way. i know i've been trying to purchase individual insurance since one october. i'm still not the process yet. i can imagine what people are going through all over the country losing their current insurance and trying to do the right thing but the system is broken and flaw nod one can take your money. how is that going to work? >> one problem is that we have a
9:24 pm
woman we had on justice, stage four cancer, lost her coverage. she can't get on the web site. she's trying to call people i mean peoples lives are at stake here, they're talking about let's get an investigation going on. investigate what? you did it. but, congressman i want to you take a listen to jay carney from yesterday. >> president, has confidence insect sebelius and appreciates the work she's dub. >> the proez has confidence in and appreciation for sebelius work? really? what has the woman done? >> in april she stefed before our economy. sheeted just gotten a report they'd commissioned mckenzie corporation says you have big problems no identifiable end point no, one is in charge. you've got a launch on a certain base. a
9:25 pm
recipe for disaster. she knew that. she testified that no, everything is on track and looks just fine them cut down their inspector general budget right at the first of october. it has more money to pay for navigators. i don't know if she has money in the budget to do an investigation i'd welcome someone investigating the department but let's hold people accountable. >> but congressman, is this congressional health oversight government reform committee? isn't that their job? she's telling them not to give the records over to congress. for get about her budget. you guys should be doing this. >> insurance companies are in fact, i think they're to come forward they don't want to incur the wrath of the administration they need to have protection so
9:26 pm
they can come and tell us truthfully what has been going on. no one is going to come forward ask tell what yous is going on in the secret meetings. >> if secretary sebelius where to be held in contempt for obstruction, you know, with this administration and this attorney general, knowing what we know here on third anniversary of the death of ryan perry from fast and furious. >> look back and you can remember people that certainly the press and the congress identified as there is a problem here, and they d i don't know what you have to do to get fired in the obama administration. it's almost beyond
9:27 pm
>> we can go to irs. etc., etc. i want to ask you this. you know the law. is this administration obstructing justice sni want to you listen congressman issa. >> kathleen sebelius is not providing america the truth. as a matter of fact in a letter i warned her that her people are obstructing justice, telling individual companies who have serious reports on security flaws. in other words vulnerability to hackers not to provide information. >> what say you, congressman about that? >> i think chairman issa has a different committee than what i'm on. i think he's right and the remember diz are limited at the level of congress you saw we did hold the attorney general in contempt. but civil and criminal contempt. he's
9:28 pm
still there.? spite of the contempt of congress vote last year. i don't think there is any question that secretary sebelius is out of her depth. i think she must know that. i'm, i just cannot believe she feels she's serving her boss, the president i can't feel she's serving, she's not doing a good job for them. you know? if i were in that position, i'd be looking for a way out. >> you've got to wonder, if they even care. congressman burgess, thanks for joining us this evening. >> thank you. >> biggest political lie of 2013 goes to... we'll give you a hint. he lives in a big white house. next.
9:29 pm
9:30 pm
9:31 pm
live from america's news headquarters, nelson mandela is back home. a hearst carrying the
9:32 pm
body arrived in the town where he will be buried after his funeral set to begin moments from now.. mandela will be buried by his family. parts of the northeastern united states getting hammer by the the same massive storm that hit the mid west. power outages and slick roads or a threat this hour. determined shoppers not letting the fridgit weather get in the way of holiday shopping. i'm robert gray now back to justice with judge jeanine.
9:33 pm
>> if you like your health care plan, you will keep it. it hasn't happened yet. it won't happen in the future. >> drum roll, please the lie of the year for 2013, goes to none other than president barack obama. his catchy if you like your health care plan, you can keep it. it tops the list. this week the white house in full crisis mode made a house call to sexiest man alive. adam levine with other celebrities to help boost obamacare enrollment. with me is news editor for town hall contributor. all right. guys. if the president, you know what? let me ask you a kwechlt i'm going to go to you. when you saw
9:34 pm
the president say over and over and over again. did you cringe? >> i looked into this lie of the year thing. they went off the rails? >> all they had to do was make adjustments they won't have had to cancel everybody. it's what i expected them to do. they we're going back to insurance company. let's get the facts from politi facts. >> a couple items to each policies? >> like maternity care. >> who is to pay for that?
9:35 pm
you have to cover people because we want to you pay for their problems? >> no. no. they could have increased premiums. and okay. okay. president obama did not lie or mislead american people? >> go ahead. >> now saying you can pay to keep it. right? then going back to the argument polit fact went from rating this true to, half true now it's the lie of the year. so not only are they covering from the
9:36 pm
beginning... >> you're sitting here on national television telling us if the insurance company's fault for telling people that they could keep their health care plan? is he not a smart man? >> i said for get politi fact. it's an easy question the question is, did the president mislead the american people by saying they can keep their health care? how about the white house knew that that was in the a possibility? that americans could not keep health care? >> it was a possibility. giving
9:37 pm
men maternity coverage? >> kathleen sebelius is telling companies she hired that they don't have to turn anything over. >> is the obama administration hiding something? we have never seen that play book before. this week there is a better saying there is no precedent. they set up a contract saying do you not respond to congress, you're not allowed to do that. >> right. right. >> you have the legislative and judicial. and to try to cut back
9:38 pm
it's unheard of. what about about this recruitment thing? does that work? >> you have obamacare that love to go crazy. this is a public service they're doing here. and in law. they do this all of the time. get vaccinateed and get health care. >> so they spent the money helping american people right now lost their health care. and are stage four terminal cancer patients ask can't get their chemo treatments instead of trying to promote their own
9:39 pm
positive image? >> you got me there. >> thank you. >> there is nothing better than a group of elitist hollywood celebrities talking about a law athat does not affect them. >> do you think that the fact they're bringing these people is going to impact, steve, you've got a 26-year-old going to look at adam levine. can they influence them into buying health care? . >> i don't know if they can influence them but they make them think about it this, is a nice remientder for folks it's time to sign up. i love it. >> do you know any 26 year olds? >> i have health insurance through my employer but this is the problem. doesn't matter if
9:40 pm
celebrities going to go on the list people are going to see how expensive it s they can't afford it now. >> all right thank you for being with us. >> thank you >> coming up, you can't keep your doctor. your insurance or your patients the impact obamacare is having on one doctor how she's fighting back. you'll see her, next, and can you think of a good reason why human and human services secretary should stay? facebook or tweet me.

claim if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor. not true. my next guess stands to lose 25% of her patients because of the lie but had her own health care, plan cancelled because of obamacare. with me is dr. patricia mclaughlin. dr. mclaughlin, thanks for joining us this evening. how has it affected you and patients? >> started out i have a small
9:45 pm
group policy. and i was given notice it was going to be nonrenewed starting january 1, 2014. i was shock by the that. it's a ppo level plan that had everything. i wasn't missing anything. i was foet anied the letter suggested another plan would be forth coming that would be comparable. i could stay wut had to wait to see what they're going to ofrment a couple weeks letter that plan had in nut work benefits only instead of out of network and in network. so cutoff half of the ability to see people outside of the network there is an epo, epo never traditionally needed
9:46 pm
refersalss but the pathway network was going to be so much smaller than current network of doctors which meant everyone i currently went to, everyone my employees went to was no longer going to be participating in network only, which meant we can keep our doctor but would have to pay out of our own pocket not going to our deductible, increasing from 2,000ses today $2500. >> i'm going stop you there. a lot of people don't understand this ppo and epo terminology. you're a physician. impacted in terms of yourself and your patients. did you ever think when obamacare was passed this would happen? >> no. absolutely not. this is a
9:47 pm
shock. >> how is this going to impact this country? >> the doctors today are greatly concerned because our patients are going to have great difficulty accessing care the doctors are busy, how are they going to take on more patients? >> they can hire how many thousands to make sure people buy obamacare but they can't make sure there are more doctors to take care of people. but that is just an aside. you testified how do you think it was reviewed? >> it was a wonderful experience, however there, is still a third that are hard
9:48 pm
right. you pray they're strong enough to carry other hands from both sides z allow us to fix the problems that need to be fixed now. and patients have access to care and let doctors >> thank you, have a good evening. >> coming up, you'll never believe what one democrat says about ben gazy. still fighting to find out why four americans died on september 11thth attacks. he joins us live. and a chance to vote in tonight's poll. can you think of a good reason why health and human services secretary sebelius should stay? we'll read your answers right after the break.

congresswoman, quit answering. if you eve read a newspaper lately or looked at a map, you'd know that. and you're a congresswoman? we reached out to her. maybe she should have sent me an answer sooner. one member of congress joins me now. all right, good evening, congressman. >> good evening. >> you've been sitting in on some of those committee meets. we're learning more about what's going on in benghazi. >> we actually are. we're talking about people who are on the ground and those people who came from tripoli came to help. and we're starting to find out some of the facts that really went on.
9:54 pm
>> those guys that you've spoken to, i was reading some of the things that have been reported that a lot of people are walking around in shock. even before the fight is over. of course, there were no reinforcements sent in. >> what happened was the rsos, or the regional security offices were not prepared. i don't think they had the right arm. . when the c.i. avmt operators, they weren't armed. that i have said they didn't know if they ever fired a well. one was barrel foot. it's going to come back to the state department. these guys are getting danger pay because they're in a sdaj
9:55 pm
zone. >> they work for the state department. so we don't have access to those sbel jensz committees. we talked to the c.i.a. annex that went over to rescue him. and the c.i.a. ajents that came down from tripoli. >> what do you think about your colleague from congress that said that benghazi is not in the middle east. >> i don't know what to say about a lot of them. >> doesn't that shock you, though? how can the american people have confidence when she's talking about the middle east. >> thank god our founding naurs didn't put in the constitution that you had to be smart to be
