>> the head of the health insurance exchange has the chase chief to leave or be ousted. she took a two-week vacation while the state's web site was experiencing technical problems. the state reportedly signed up not even 4500 people for health insurance. maryland's former leader rebecca pearce resigned after a controversial vacation as well. as of december 7th 5,000 people had enrolled in private plans through maryland's exchange. hawaii executive director coral andrew stepped down after not renewing her contract. by november 30th hawaii health exchange enrolled 444 people in private plans. and other gone's director has been on medical leave since december 1st, rocky king. after enrolling 44 people in the
