mall destroys two businesses. as many as 200 firefighters were on the scene trying to gather the upper hand. just before 9:00 p.m. pacific time flames reached as high as 100 feet into the air before firefighters contained that intern no. no injuries were reported. the texas man who injured four and killed 9 in a drunk driving accident in june now facing multiple lawsuits. they filed civil suits against him, the family and the family business. one of them seeking the maximum $20 million in damages. couch was sentenced to ten years probation and mandatory rehab for the fatal crash his attorneys arguing his wealthy parents and up bringing were to blame for his responsibility because he didn't know any better. a duck dynasty car suspended after making controversial

down. they have seen default threatened. they have seen terrible roll out of a very important domestic policy initiative and the web site. and they understandably might wonder what is going on here. >> now we have seen the lengths to which the administration has gone to boost not just the healthcare law but also the president's own image including this rap video to promote coverage in california. but the president's challenge is many of the new poll numbers that are problematic have questions of his personal integrity things that used to remain regullatively stable fro poll to poll. >> now the numbers have changed. i think they can all be connected to the obamacare promise the promise that turned out to be inaccurate. that has really hurt him. and it is really hard to get those kind of attribute numbers back up.

a rescue during a fire in the bronx in new york city, 11 month old twins

tossed from the third floor of a burning apartment building and into the arms of a neighbor. the father of those twins described what happened. >> my neighbor came to the back. i told him jump up there. he jumped up. my nephew caught the first baby. my neighbor jumped from the second floor and caught both of the babies. >> now the red cross is helping the residents who have been displaced. >> from blind date to blind sided, police arresting 24-year-old ryan covington as a virginia diner where he thought he was going to meet a woman he met on a dating site called okay cupid. turns out her profile was fake and the police officer created it in hopes of finding covington after he didn't show up for court. he is accused of breaking into a car. >> if you saw it, there was only one clark griswold like the chevy chase character from christmas
