midcities. and two in billings, montana. tomorrow afternoon and evening we are below 0 when it comes to air temperatures in the twin cities and bismark and cold playoff game in green bay. air temperatures tomorrow are 15 below in the northern plains including minnesota and the dakotas and feel like it is 40 or 50 or 60 below. it is dangerous cold and that spreads in the northeast by tuesday morning and in to places like philadelphia where here we'll break a record low temperature and see the temperatures in the minus ranges. this is uncommon in the northeast. harris. >> you maid a point. it drives home for people who don't live in that part of the country. temperatures now people can't fathom. but menus 40 and 50 degrees with wind chill. it is like a horror movie. it is already there. how will they tell the

a small plane ahead an emergency landing in the middle of a busy highway in new york city. that plane reportedly lost power and forcing the pilot to put it down on the ground in the now lanes in the major express way in the brojs. no vehicle were hit and no one hurt on the ground. but both directions of that huge express way closed for sometime. fire officials said the pilot and passengers emerged unscathed and one passenger suffered minor

im harris faulkner and this is the fox report. it is time for the top of the nows. fuare joining us this is what is happening. the obama administration considering to starting a special technology task force just to handle big project in the wake of the boeched obama care roll out. that is according to the wall street journal reporting. it is one of the options that the white house is considering trying to attract top notch talent to work with the government. john is a columnist for a national review magazine. you promised to be here and look at you. first fox report of 2014 and you are here as promised and we ask you the question. is the white house saying poor job recruitment the reason that the obama care was botched? >> white house thinks it is run like a private business. to have it run like a private

business. you would have to change all of the federal contracting rules and turn it inside outment the government should never take on something this ambitious and run our health care system. it simply can't. it is got to be decentralized. they used private contractors. and the same one for healthcare.gov, blew two big projects in canada, and they still hired them. so i am skeptical that you can idealistically do what they are claiming to do. >> the same contractor works on state sites and they are having problems in the states, too. bigger government is what they are talking about to fix. >> extra layer of government. >> very odd way to do it. in the bigger picture maybe it is the job's program that came out of the white house. i am being sarcastic of course.
