insurance must be extended without rearranging any other spending priorities. we heard this weekend from kentucky senator rand paul who said he thinks having this unemployment insurance for a long time removes incentive for americans to try to find work. he is not against the benefits all together. >> we have to talk about what policy creates jobs. with regards to unemployment insurance i always said i am not opposed to unemployment insurance i am opposed to having it without paying for it. i think it is wrong to borrow money from china. >> the white house economic council jean spurling who says the unemployment insurance was extended during the bush administration. the senate is going to meet today at 2:00. the house comes back tomorrow. >> peter doocy live for us in dc. >> the struggle over obamacare. rob johnson will file a lawsuit
