people on the opposite side of obama's reelect. >> congressman, this targeting was revealed in may. what is taking so long for the investigation to bear fruit and people to be held responsible? >> to a certain extent i go back to the fast and furious case. we are tied up in court trying to get the administration to turn over documents. they use assertion of privileges to slow or not give information. and in the case of the irs, they go out of the way to get no documents at all. it is frustrating and we have sprued individuals only to get later, the documents to get them back again. that is a technique of the administration and it has gotten worse in the second term and something that the american people feel is so reprehensible. they should come clean quickly if they want people to trust the
