beyond state lines in the west virginia chemical leak. this morning the spill has stretched to cincinnati. city officials have shut down two intake valves back to norma virginia following last week's spill. 39 percent of west virginia american water customers are allowed to start flushing the contaminated tap water. 200 restaurants reopened in all but one hospital now has running water. the majority of schools remain closed. >> a wildfire that led to evacuations is now under control. what started as a 10 acre brush fire quickly grew because of strong winds. three homes several buildings and up to 50 acres were destroyed. no one was hurt. the flames were tut out last night. crews remain on hand just to keep an eye on potential hot spots.

a third person in the cockpit of the southwest flight distract the pilot causing them to land at the wrong missouri airport. new questions arising this morning after it was revealed a company dispatcher sitting with the veteran pilot was also put on paid leave. he had been authorized to fly in the jump seat behind the captain and the first officer. dispatchers usually work with the pilot to plan flight routes. under faa regulations pilots must restrict all conversations to flying related matters when taking off and landing. the ntsb is looking at the plane's boxes as they look for answers. >> another day, another obamacare disaster. the white house extending the preexisting condition enrollment deadline from january 31st to march 15th. peter doocy is live in washington, d.c. now with the latest here. not the first time the administration pushed the deadline back. >> that's right ainsley. the deadline was initially
