10:01 am
appears with good reason. the video was posted on line over the weekend. in it two russian speaking men say they will have a surprise or a present, present for the russian people, the russian president vladimar putin and as they say for any tourist visiting the olympics. it is according to the security analyst a dangerous and very real threat. listen. >> the problem is that two people on the video, they promised a surprise, not specifically in sochi but for russia and tourist and visitors for the olympics. they never specify the place of the strikes and so everyone should be concerned. >> reporter: they are. president putin with the prestige on the line is promising 40 to 100,000 security

health care to the top executives over the low- level employees. why is the irs not enforcing this? the irs doesn't seem to be able to enforce the main parts of the law let alone boutique income provisions. the idea for the law for example, we could not knife you a better benefits package than we give to brother hemmer. and the law said you have to be offered the same insurance plans regardless of your station. that can't be done because it is too hard to figure out who has a better job and so that you are scrapping the whole thing for a year. when it comes to trying to put it in companies, the consequence in the lives of ordinary americans is going to attack place. when you start regulating the way companies do the insurance,

10:07 am
this law might already be repealed. it would be to many people upset and instead you phase it in and hold it back and get it in place, and then impose the rest of it. >> all right. chris. another problem for obama care. not working for the uninsured. most people signed up already have a health plan and lost that plan and forced to go on the exchange. >> jerry willis. host of fox business network. >> i am good. hemmer. >> this is shocking. two-thirds of folks who tried to epiroll 2.2 million had coverage or recently had coverage. this comes as a shock. reason the administration's argument in getting the affordable care passed we have to help people. look at 48 million were deemed

a free bee from the american taxpayer. this is confounding people. >> part of the reason that the law was enacted we were told to take care of the uninsured and i thought original lein the whole debate 30 million needed insurance. that number is going higher. what is it today? >> 48 million is the number that we are working with. i have to te tell you it is debatable. when you look at what is going on right now, this is a tragedy that the program that the american taxpayer is rolling to a trillion dollars is not doing what it was supposed to. >> the insurance companies have a stake. they were waiting for new customers. this can't be encouraging to them. >> they were waiting for the new custome customers. we'll sign on and if you guarantee us a steady flow of
