>> looks like it will be snowing tonight throughout the new york city area and the northeast, which means tomorrow elisabeth will bring a coffee pot. >> that's right. >> so we'll be back here tomorrow. stay tuned for the after the show show and catch me on radio 9 to noon. bye. bill: all right, good morning. fox news alert. the hunt is on for three suspected suicide bombers ahead of the winter games and there are fears one of the so-called black widows could be already on the ground within the olympic area in sochi, re start. i'm bill hemmer. welcome to "america's newsroom" on a tuesday. martha: good morning, bill. good morning, everybody. i'm martha maccallum. russian president vladmir putin is vowed to keep the olympics safe with a so-called ring of steel. but the 22-year-old widow of an islamic militant may already be inside that area. her face is placerred on wanted posters all around sochi. congressman peter king says even
6:01 am
if the games are kept safe that is not the only target. >> the main olympic site will probably be safe. the fact is there are other olympic venues outside of sochi, without going into details are vulnerable. bill: jonathan hunt live in the newsroom picking up the story pro here. there is a search for the widows. >> reporter: bill, this search seems to be expanding. one of the women that the russian security services are looking for is 22-year-old rusana morova. that is not her. she is the woman in the pink garb we're showing. these are two others on the loose. these groups represented by these women have shown that they are ruthless efficient. remember just last month they carried out the twin suicide bombings in volgograd. that was the attack at the train station there.
6:02 am
take a look at this video. the olympic torch, just today arriving via that very same train station in volgograd. now one of the concerns here obviously is while they put this so-called ring of steel around the olympics themselves there are other softer targets as congressman peter king was talking about. one of those might be the olympic torch rally as it passes through various cities on its way to sochi during this week. that is one of the concerns. that the other so-called black widow that is they are now looking for and whose faces are also up on these wanted posters may target the crowds around the olympic torch procession. so this really is, as you rightly said, bill, an extremely urgent search for these women right now. bill: what king was telling us yesterday afternoon on hq was about all the soft targets. you can keep the games safe but it's a big country. the u.s. military is getting
6:03 am
ready for possible scenarios that could turn out not so well. what are they? >> that is the u.s. military's role, to prepare for the worst if you like. they are now doing that. the russians as we were explaining yesterday have the lead naturally in all the security around sochi itself, around the olympic games but u.s. military is going to put assets into the region. in particular look at the black sea just right next to sochi there, take a look at this map. we got a quote from the pentagon which reads, air and naval assets to include two navy ships in the black sea will be available if requested for all manner of contingencies in support of and in consultation with the russian government. that is a very clear reference to one of the issues we were talking about right here yesterday, bill, that the russians will decide if and when any american security services
6:04 am
of any description can get on to russian territory. they have not been good in terms of cooperation as congressman king also told you. so there are a lot of questions about what would happen if the worse does happen and u.s. citizens are in trouble in socialchy. so a lot to be worked out on the ground here. bill: jonathan, thank you, it will get a lot of attention leading up here, in our newsroom now. martha. martha: russian president vladmir putin saying he will do whatever it takes to the keep the sochi games safe and that might be a pretty tall order for i am had the area around sochi in the larger geographic area has seen more than 1500 attacks since 2010, largely related to chechen rebel activity in that broader area. russian authorities are deploying close to 100,000 security personnel for these games. that is more than 40,000 police officers are also expected to be on duty. the bill for all the security is
6:05 am
expected to hit $3 billion. bill: these terror concerns and a host of other issues taking a big toll on olympic ticket sales. organizers say 70% of tickets sold so far with three weeks before the start of the games. 300,000 tickets remain unsold. russian officials say they expect strong last-minute demand. before we were talking about on the air look at grandstand for all the events and tell you what is happening people and how safe they feel out based on turnout. martha: it is very remote. when you look at the map. it is not like having the olympics in lake placid or place easy to get to and people are comfortable or familiar with. even before this started happening i think they were worried about. bill: games begin on february 2nd. martha: so a big winter blast, get ready, folks, slamming the midwest. chicago hit with a lot of lake-effect snow. now some bitter cold is moving into the area as this major
6:06 am
winter storm takes aim over in our direction. snow is starting to fall. you can see the pretty white coating outside of our offices. we're not too far from where you're looking right now. it is supposed to get pretty messy here in midtown manhattan as the afternoon wears on. breaking this morning out of washington, federal government taking a snow day. didn't show up today. a little snow, they go screaming for the hills, shutting down offices because of weather. peter doocy, our intrepid reporter, showed up for work. how much of d.c. shut down today? you're a jersey boy, you're pretty tough. >> reporter: i'm tough, martha. most everything shut down except for the supreme court. that's it. there won't be any activity behind me at the capitol or any agencies because all federal offices as you said in the area are closed. only emergency employees are being told they need to come in. everybody else now has a four-day weekend following yesterday's holiday or being told to telework.
6:07 am
the streets of d.c. now are deserted because everything in in town revolves around the federal government. buses and trains are running for now. commuters are being warned that might not be the case when it is time to go home. our nation's treasures inside the smithsonian because museums will be open on time but they say they might close early. one international attraction can not be seen today, the panda cub, bao bao who made the debut this weekend because the national museum is closed. >> i would like to see her. i have one idea, snow boots. >> reporter: i've got mine on. martha: midwest they have had a tough time out there. how is that looking today? >> reporter: martha, they gaat half a foot of lake-effect snow. parts of chicago were getting two inches an hour. that is all heading this way, so is bitterly cold air. parts of illinois barely in the
6:08 am
double digits in temperature. by the time the system makes its way to d.c., there will be a lot of high wind. high wind brings windchills. national weathering service says the windchill could dip 5 to 15 degrees below zero. that's cold. martha: that is not much fun. bill: that is bao bao? martha: bao bao. bill: that is cute. flight cancellations almost 1700 across the country by flightaware. close to 100 at laguardia and close to 150 in philadelphia. the storm's path likely to push number of canceled and delayed flights much higher as the day goes on. we'll keep you alerted. four people dead after industrial explosions in two different states. one dead after a steel furnace exploded in oklahoma. two people dead there the second at an animal feed plant in omaha, collapsing and bursting in the flames.

people there described hearing a loud noise and hearing a fireball seconds before the building came down. >> it was crazy. i just turned on my phone. turned on my phone to see visibility, because it was pitch black. fire on the, i thought the building was on fire and everything, so i tried to get to another exit. bill: both accidents are being investigated. officials say the omaha company has been fined at least twice for safety violations. that goes back with record of 12 years back to 2000 two. martha: emboldened iran is rattling sabres once again a day after the nuclear deal went into effect. tehran sends warships now into the atlantic ocean. ambassador john bolton on what that could mean. bill: also president obama in the interview suggesting race may be partly to blame for his falling poll numbers. what does bill o'reilly have to say about that? why he says the president may want to check a little bit of history. martha: chris christie, big day
6:10 am
for him today, set to be sworn in for his second term. the inauguration today for the new jersey governor as his administration is trying to handle all of the scandals that bubbled up over the past couple weeks. america's mayor, rudy giuliani, joins us this morning. he tells us why he thinks christie is setting the right example in the crisis management and what the white house, rudy giuliani could learn from it. >> unlike chris christie held press conference, handled all questions, held people accountable and fired them. no press conference, no answering questions, complete cover-up and nobody is health accountable for the deaths of four brave americans.
6:13 am
6:14 am
the injured student is in critical but stable condition we can report this morning of meanwhile a campus lockdown has now been lifted. kids are going back to school now to resume their schedule this morning. bill: got breaking news overnight on iran. yet again that country said to be on the move yet again. state tv saying two of its warships are on the way to atlantic for the navy's first-ever mission there. want to bring in john bolton, former ambassador to the united nations and fox news contributor in l.a. mr. ambassador, welcome to you out there in california. >> hello, bill. bill: what we believe iran is up to on the southwestern coast of iran. navy's fifth fleet just across the persian gulf in the straight of hormuz, that choke point that is talked about for so long, such a source of contention of oil route between iran and iraq and saudi arabia. the idea is to go back through the suez canal out into the mediterranean. advance it one time. that is not really new.
6:15 am
several months ago iran parked warships off the coast of syria. now it wants to take the ships out through the mediterranean into the atlantic ocean. mr. ambassador, why are they doing this now? they must feel really good with all this attention? >> well, they certainly do and they have reason to feel good as the november agreement from geneva on the iranian nuclear program takes effect that agreement represents a significant victory for iran. they made temporary, easily-reversible concessions on their nuclear program. they have broken through the western regime of international sanctions and sending of these two warships is a political signal to the united states, to the other countries in the region, that iran feels good and is trying to project power. i think this is something that, that we should take very careful note of. they do not feel constrained by us or now bit international sanctions. bill: so it's your sense we're
6:16 am
actually giving them a platform? that's enabled them to feel this way. remember in 2012, they said they want to put ships off the eastern coast of the united states. >> yeah, what the, what the iranian military is trying to do is send a political signal they are not confined to the persian gulf. that they can roam at large as you pointed out with the earlier missions through the suez canal into the eastern mediterranean and now more broadly. think ahead just a few years as iran's ballistic missile capabilities develop, as it makes further progress on its nuclear program, mating nuclear warheads on to those ballistic missiles, put on ships into the atlantic close to the united states. they are showing they can threaten us, threaten our allies around the world really on global basis. in fact not just in the middle east but worldwide. bill: there is another issue regarding iran. you pick up newspaper today it is unbelievable. iran is in the mix in all these major international stories
6:17 am
today. the story is here that the u.s. did not want the iranians to be at this peace negotiation table at the war in syria and now the iranians have been disinvited. what do you see there? >> well on the surface this is a horrible mistake by the united nations and u.n. is secretary-general ban ki-moon who invited the iranians reportedly against america's wishes. i will say this i don't think we know the whole story yet. i don't think ban ki-moon who i have known over 20 years, one of the world's most cautious diplomats would have extended an invitation to iran unless he thought he had american approval. while the u.n. clearly made a mistake i think the u.s. is in the mix too. secretary of state kerry said a few weeks ago, maybe iran can participate in this next round of syria talks. i think it is an indication that the administration is tilted very heavily toward iran. i think that is a huge mistake from the u.s. perspective. i think iranian negotiators have taken us to the cleaners
6:18 am
repeatedly. i think while the surface mistake here is the u.n.'s, i think the u.s. is implicated in this mistake. bill: back up just a little bit. if we're to believe that something had to happen or change within the relationship. you're saying originally the u.s. government wanted iran to be a party to this. then in the past 24 hours we said forget it, we don't want you there. what changed? >> i think the explanation is clear that the syrian opposition said we're not going to any peace negotiation where the iranians are involved, the saudis probably said the same thing. now today you have the russians attacking the u.n. for withdrawing the invitation. this is a mess and one of the reasons it's a mess that the united states under president obama and secretary kerry have in syria for three years. they have said repeatedly, secretary of state clinton did as well, that we had common interest with russia with stability in syria. that has always been wrong.
6:19 am
russia's interest is keeping assad in power around they have been very successful at it. bill: through all of this iran field emboldened. give you last word on here, but they really have a different sense of themselves through all of this. they have pushed that way on to the world stage and they have that platform now? >> iran's power is growing in the region and worldwide. america's is declining. bill: ambassador bolton, thank you, from los angeles today. where it is early. appreciate the time. john bolton, thanks. >> thank you, bill. martha: here is something that got everybody talking after sunday night's championship game between the seattle seahawks and the san francisco 49ers. >> final play, take me through it. >> well i'm the best corner in the game. when you try me with a sorry receiver like crabtree, that is the result you're going to get! don't you ever talk about me! martha: whoa. seahawks quarterback richard sherman went off on a fellow player after at the interview
6:20 am
after the player shoved him after the game. what sherman is now saying what happened there. bill: president obama approval ratings with eye-popping remarks about race in america. what he said and how bill o'reilly reacted to that. >> the truth is that the race factor in america is not an overwhelming problem anymore. mr. obama won two elections and although his standing among white americans is now in decline, that is primarily because of the economy and obamacare. it has little to do with race. progress-oh! sounded like an earthquake or a bomb or something like that. very loud. >> what we heard since we've been out here that he hit like eight cars while he was coming. bill: the cause of that crash being investigated. people inside the home, thankfully they were not hurt. martha: president obama taking some heat this morning over some remarks that he made about race. the president is being accused of quote, using the race card during an interview with the new yorker after claiming that his low approval ratings are sometimes distorted by how some americans respond to his race. bill o'reilly making the, this the subject of his talking points memo last night. here's what he said. >> president obama and race that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. the president gave an interview to the "new yorker" magazine, liberal publication generally supportive of his administration. in the interview, president obama talked about race. there is no doubt that some folks really dislike me because they don't like the idea of a
6:25 am
black president. the flip side of it is there are some black folks and maybe some white folks who really like me and give me the benefit of the doubt precisely because i'm a black president. that assessment, 100% correct. to his credit barack obama has not used race in his request for power. as a mixed race individual the president knows how difficult that circumstance can be but he has not addressed it in any substantial way. again that is to his credit because as president he represents all americans. the president has written books that deal with his life and challenges but in the public arena mr. obama has been cautious and responsible on the race issue. that has angered some on the far left and some race hustlers who want mr. obama to be more proactive in promoting african-american policies. cornel west for example, has excoriated the president for not being more sensitive to black issues. i believe dr. wes who teaches at princeton is misguided. the truth is the race factor in
6:26 am
america is not an overwhelming problem anymore much. mr. obama won two elections. although his standing among white americans is now in decline that's primarily because of the economy and obamacare. it has to do with race. upon his inauguration in 2009, barack obama had a nearly 70% approval rating, very high for any politic shun. that proves the usa made dramatic improvement notice race arena. that is no question about it. finally talking points believe that minority americans, do, do have a much tougher time succeeding in the marketplace generally speaking than affluent whites for example. it comes down to something that is accessible in america, education and personal responsibility much. black americans should understand that if they study and work hard, they will likely succeed in this country. and that's the message about race. that all good and honest people should be promoting. martha: there you have it. that was bill o'reilly last
6:27 am
night. we'll have a fair and balanced debate on the president's comments and whether or not they're a fair assessment what is really going on and the other issue here, bill, it was presidented in the "the "new yorker"" piece as why his approval numbers have declined. many point out the obvious that the president's race hasn't changed when the numbers were 70%. whether or not it should have any connection at all why the numbers are declining. bill: the president, is half black, is half white. he written about this a lot. it is part of his mind set and given it a lot of consideration. more to come. debate, next hour, name and town. name and town. martha: name and town? bill: you ever heard "the o'reilly factor." name and town, name and town. right on. there are new developments now -- right on. on an american missionary locked up in north korea. why there could be new hope for kenneth bae and his family today

year. william la jeunesse is on that story in los angeles and what is new today, william? good morning. >> reporter: bill, north korea is one of the few country that is the u.s. has no diplomatic relations. right now we communicate only through the swedish embassy or the u.n. in new york. monday the obama administration again offered to send special envoy to robert king to north korea to secure bae's release. they canceled the trip because the u.s. participated in south korean military drills. they then insisted u.s. cancel similar operation this is winter. the u.s. is hopeful. they allowed bae to meet with reporters on monday. he has been in custody 15 months convicted of crimes against the state after caught trying to set up christian missionary in north korea. bae admitted monday, bill, can committed a serious crime against north korea.
6:33 am
it does not abuse human rights. you can assume that statement is not made willingly but key to his release. bill: what is his family saying william? >> reporter: he was born in south korea. he moved to the u.s. as teenager. he is 44. has three kids in the u.s. but spent seven years in china. he preached anticommunist, pro-christian again dan in china and south korea. got 15 years hard labor when he was caught red-handed preaching christianity in north korea. our family sincerely apologizes on kenneth's behalf. he acknowledged his crimes and apologized. he served 15 months of his sentence and faces chronic health problems. we humbly ask for your mercy in the release of my brother. bae has diabetes and high blood pressure. his family wants him released on humanitarian ground. we'll see if this development happens. bill: william la jeunesse. when there are developments come on back.
6:34 am
out of l.a. martha: new jersey governor chris christie set to be sworn in for his second term just hours from now. today is his inauguration day but breaking moments ago, crossing the wires, they announced the celebration of the inauguration has now been canceled because of extreme weather hitting the area. christie's camp may not be in the mood to party. new polls show the recent scandals have been hitting him hard. take a look at some of these numbers. this is the "usa today" "pew research poll." so these are national numbers on governor christie. 34% now have an unfavorable opinion of governor christie. that is double what it was a year ago. interestingly, it has declined the most among people who previously had no opinion. so those who are just getting to know the governor through this news perhaps have decided that they're not in favor. so let's get into this a bit. joining us live is former new york city mayor rudy giuliani. mayor, good morning to you. good to have you with us today.
6:35 am
>> good morning, martha. martha: what do you make of those numbers, sir? >> obviously his numbers are going to take a hit. the press coverage has been relentless. i never seen anything quite like this for an incident that has certain amount of gravity, no question about it but it has been made into watergate or some kind of a nuclear device that's goesed or the amount of coverage is almost unprecedented. i expected it. he was the frontrunner before. he was the only republican who in any poll was leading hillary clinton. and i think they're trying, i think democratic establishment are trying to take him out early and clearly a democratic, organized effort, a partisan effort to take him out. you've got debbie wasserman-schultz showing up here in florida in front of fund-raisers like a protester. like she is some kind of a protester. we've got the guy running the investigation in new jersey, i
6:36 am
think it is wisniewski, who announces before the investigation begins that chris christie is lying. and he is running the investigation. martha: yeah. >> have you ever heard of anything so absurd? martha: you have been very outspoken wanting him to step down and we spoke about that a little bit here yesterday. what did you think about the sort of second wave of this, the hoboken mayor saying funds, she was told she wouldn't get money she wanted if she didn't move forward with real estate deal and lieutenant governor came out yesterday and said never happened? >> i look at in my old light as trial lawyer, seems to me the lieutenant governor winds because prior contradictory statement by the mayor. mayor zimmer about a month, month 1/2 ago, announced that she had a very good relationship with governor christie. when she was originally confronted with the allegations just a few days before she said there was no connection between fund and, and endorsement. then all of a sudden the big democratic offensive and, we got a bunch of them jumping
6:37 am
on the bandwagon trying to get some attention and we have wisniewski trying to run a, run an investigation that he certainly shouldn't be running if he already decided that the man who is responsible is not telling the truth. martha: the governor gave an interview with yahoo! news and i want to look at a quote of his from that interview and get your thoughts on this. so i'm going to learn from this. i can't tell you what it is i'm going to learn yet. he goes on to say but i'm intent on learning from this. do you think, it seems like this will go you one way or the other, either ultimately strengthens him and makes changes based on this experience, right? or, it goes the other way and he becomes, you know the governor of new jersey and that's that. >> i in part wrote a book about this called, leadership. every leader fails, whether it is winston churchill or ronald reagan or, i can give you great examples of tremendous failure and the question is, this is a great deal of wisdom attached to
6:38 am
this, when you fail it either shrinks you or it, you grow from it. i found, i learned more from my failures than from my successes. so let's hope that happens with chris. i think it will because the reality is he is telling the truth here. mistakes were made. he will learn how to be more discerning about people around him. he will learn how to hold them even more accountable. although he held them more accountable than president obama has ever done or secretary of state clinton has ever done. they have people in benghazi where it led to the death of human beings, of brave americans. they have yet to answer questions about it. they have yet to hold anyone accountable. the press seems to ignore that. so reality i think he learned a lot already and already given us a pretty good object lesson what happens when things go wrong. if he should become president, or anybody else, things will go wrong over four years. what we want to know is, how can this manhandle it? and he has a chance now to
6:39 am
demonstrate to us how he can handle it. so far that part of it, he has been doing very well. martha: some people say the inauguration cancellation is sort of a bit of a gift. they had a dinner they canceled tonight. support wasn't as strong as it was. in part because it is a second inauguration and tends to be not as big of a deal as the first or is it really reflective of donor support for this governor? >> i think it probably has more the weather than anything else. the people who support chris christie, i met with a group of them last night here in florida who saw a number of his events and said he was superb at the events in florida. his presentation was terrific. they come away with more enthusiasm. when someone gets attacked like you support, there is more enthusiasm for him. i doubt that is the issue. i think weather is the issue. i remember the reagan second inaugural was largely canceled and moved indoors because of terrible weather. had they gone ahead of it in terrible weather on
6:40 am
ellis island, could be whole another scandal. who knows, the democratic, they would open up another investigation. martha: governor, you're in the right spot today. i know you love new york but florida looks pretty warm. you have a big snowstorm heading here. thank you so much. we'll talk to you soon. >> good luck. always a pleasure. bill: what do you think at home is your opinion, your opinion about chris christie changed? send us a tweet @billhemmer, @marthamaccallum. we'll read some of your responses throughout the show today. talk to us on twitter weill we're on the air. seattle seahawks quarterback richard sherman speaking out after his tirade after beating the 49ers last night. here is sherman right after the game. this is what has got everybody talking. >> final play. take me through it. >> i'm the best corner the game! when you try me with a sorry receiver like crabtree! that is the result you will get. don't ever talk about me! >> who was talking about you? >> crabtree. i will stand up for you real
6:41 am
quick! bill: that is epic. really great stuff. sherman is coming out with a opinion piece on a sports blog. this is part of what he writes. quote, a lot of what i said to erin andrews was adrenaline talking and some of that was michael crabtree. to those who would call me a thug or worse because i show passion on a football field, don't judge a person's character what they do between the lines. judge a man what he does off the field what he does for his community, what he does for his family, end quote. adrenaline pumping, end of game, 70,000 people. the guy went to stanford. was a wide receiver converted to defensive back. he's a tough, tough guy and will be the center of focus here in new york over the next two weeks for the game. martha: came off quite differently in the after comments than he did in that moment. he will get a lot of attention during the super bowl, no doubt about that. we have a shocking story to tell you about, what one woman did to confront an alleged abuser after a lifetime of suffering. this is quite a story.
6:42 am
6:43 am
6:45 am
>> if you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. if you like your doctor you're going to be able to keep your doctor. if you like your prann, keep your plan. if you like your current insurance, you will keep your current insurance. if you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor. bill: well as we all know now that promise from the president
6:46 am
did not pan out. millions have struggled to sign up on the federal exchange and trying to get out of obamacare we're now finding out can be a nightmare into itself. a woman in missouri trying to close her account saying that she endured this for six weeks. bounced from operator to operator. sitting on hotlines, blasting out emails. finally getting into her car, driving 100 miles to her insurance company to straighten things out. that woman is leslie hill. she is with me to talk about this. leslie, good morning to you. what an ordeal this is. >> good morning to you. bill: your story is a little complicated. i will try to make it simple for the audience. if i get anything wrong, let me know. you're high-risk. preexisting condition. >> yes. bill: the pool in the state of missouri was closed so you were basically boxed out. and blue cross-blue shield canceled your plan. you went on to the exchange. you signed up for obama care. and that is when the troubles really started to begin. because then you found out that blue cross did have a plan that was actually better than you were getting on obamacare.
6:47 am
and if that is accurate, what happened next? >> the only thing that i would correct about that is that blue cross-blue shield handled the high-risk pool and so, it was actually canceled through the missouri high-risk pool that blue cross-blue shield. bill: i appreciate that clarification. so you're on the exchange. you're trying to get rid of it. and what happens, leslie? >> i thought it would be fairly simple. i, first of all i called blue cross-blue shield. they informed me that they couldn't cancel my existing federal exchange policy. that i would have to do that through the exchange. i thought, no problem. i got on, waited and waited. got sound, high volume of calls, high volume of calls. did that for quite a while, until i finally got a person i could speak with. that person informed me i need
6:48 am
the to contact the carrier blue cross, blue shield to cancel my obamacare policy. blue cross-blue shield said when i called them said i needed to cancel it through the exchange. that is where the bouncing around happened. i would take segments out of my day and try to call and get things -- real interesting thing is on the exchange there is a button that says, terminate but when you go to that button it, doesn't work. and it takes you to a page that says, under construction. and i think, don't build another layer on your house when your foundation is in a sinkhole. they're creating more pages on their website but they don't have a simple terminate button. bill: in meantime your account was withdrawn $950. you paid for obamacare, a policy you're trying to terminate. >> i now paid. bill: now you have that mess to
6:49 am
deal with. you get in your car drive what, kansas city, 100 miles from your home? >> i drove to kansas city because finally an operator with, on the federal exchange, a navigator told me that i, that a special department could cancel my policy and i asked for the name of the department. i asked for their phone number and i asked to be transferred and he told me that he was not allowed to give me that information. bill: oh, my gosh. so, i just want our audience to know your settled with insurance now, you're covered and back with a private plan but what have you learned about the obamacare now after going through this experience, leslie? >> i learned that you do have options and for all the people who are going to get their grandfathered clauses, programs policies canceled this year, go to a broker, go to a private insurance company. you do not have to apply for
