she only pled guilty because she was threatened with spending her life in prison. she pleaded guilty to killing 9-year-old olsen when she was 15 years old. now says juveniles can't face automatic life sentences without the possibility of parole. she is asking the judge to over turn her guilty plea because of this. >> if it you have a question about your taxes, a shocking new report reveals millions of calls for help are going unanswered. elizabeth prann is live from it washington with more on the impact poor just mer service is having on us the taxpayers. >> you are right the watchdog group called the national tax payer advocate reports to congress ever are i year. only 51 percent of people who tried to get a hold of customer service representatives at the irs last year were able to do so leaving about 20 million calls

for questions for that matter unanswered. one national tax payer advocate writes at the risk of vast under statement it is a sad state of affairs when the government writes tax laws as complex as hours and is unable to answer any questions beyond quote basic ones from it baffled citizens who are doing their best to comply. the trend may not be so new. customer service has been on the decline. physical walk in sites have down sized. the irs will no longer help less fortunate older and disabled taxpayers as they have in the past and wait times are up in 2014. a call time used to be about three minutes a few years ago now it is closer to 18 minutes. why did this happen? the report largely points the finger to budget cuts to comprehend the gra vit of the budget cuts the irs training budget according to the report has gone from 172 million a few years ago down to 22 million and the work force has also fallen

that killing a 9-year-old girl was an amazing thrill is trying to take back her guilty plea. she will be in court today saying she only pleaded guilty because she was threatened with spending her life in prison. she pleaded guilty with killing elizabeth olsen back in 2009 when she was 15 years old. they can't face life sentences without possibility of parole. they are asking the judge to over turn her guilty plea because of that. >> aguilar the man who killed two employees and then shot himself inside a maryland mall wrote in his journal about planning to kill people. howard county police releasing the details of the 19-year-old's journal saying that he expressed general hatred of others and willingness to die. aguilar shot and killed a 20 and 25-year-old before shotting himself. the detectives trying to determine a motive. >> it's the second arrest in one

the irs might answer your question. if it's a tough question they may tell you that you haare on your own. that's a report sent to congress from a tax payer advocacy group called the national tax payer advocates. even getting a hold of the irs is getting more and more difficult. 20 million calls to the agency we last year. the average on hold time has shot up to 18 minutes in 2004. it was just about 2 and a half minutes. agents will pick and choose what they will decide to answer. here is one line from the report. it is a sad state of affairs when the government writes tax laws and complexes ours and is unable to answer any questions beyond basic ones from baffled citizens who are doing their best to comply. you can always try writing a letter to the irs half of those went unanswered according to

puppy love, plays on the unlikely friendship between a puppy and the clydesdale. >> it is about a puppy and his fondness for the clydesdales and his struggle to be with the clydesdales. >> for weeks 17 budweiser clydesdales have been practicing for show time. their trainer teaches them to do all kinds of thing like play flag football, jump a four and a half foot bench and even talk. but if you thought training a horse was hard, try eight yellow lab puppies. each little rascal has a job to do. play tug of war, walk like a clydesdale, even run away by digging under a fence. >> there is a short window for training because puppies grow fast like charlotte. they start learning skills at eight weeks and shoot the commercial at 11 weeks. onset there are plenty of distractions. more than 150 production and marketing people are involved. the director meticulously
