>> an amber alert spanning three states as police search for a missing missouri girl. >> 10-year-old haley owens abducted in front of her house in the middle of the afternoon. kelly wright is here with the latest. >> good morning ainsley and heather. this can be described as a very brazen act. it happened around 4:45 late afternoon. a little girl plucked from in front of her own home. police quickly responding and even getting a suspect in custody. they even tweeted suspect has vehicle located in south springfield, abducted girl remains missing. the big question now is where is halil hailey owens? an amber alert has been extended to oklahoma and kansas. >> we have no reason to believe

owens. a lot of parents are wondering what's happening in that neighborhood. >> glad you are telling the story this morning. hopefully we can do our part in finding hailey and they bring her home safely. brand new information for you this morning coming out in the daily mail revealing the so-called craig's list killer just started giving the investigators the exact locations of her alleged crimes. they were standing by to stake action if the details match up with any unsolved murder. she killed 22 people in cold blood across the country. 919-year-old is currently behind bars for the death of a man she met on craig's list. she is facing the death penalty. president obama's plan to raise the minimum wage could cost hundreds of thousands of jobs according to a brand new report. elizabeth prann is live in washington with a potential impact on you as a worker.

losses. >> her statement appears to ignore the new report findings. rove appeared on the record and explained why sebelius is wrong. it says between now and 2024 between 2 million to 2 and a half million equivalent full-time jobs would be lost because of the volunteer in reductions in the effect of marginal tax rates in the program. in other words, it's a design of the subsidies in the affordable care act discourages people from working more. the head of the cbo says this is an implicit tax on additional work. it will mean 2 to 2 and a half million full-time workers are gone by 2013. that's only the start of the bad news. she should read it. might be entertaining reading. those are not employed at all because of the affordable care act and people working fewer

hours as a result of the affordable care act. the cbos had a not tried to quantify these two from the over all effect. we can see the effect of this in sort of a big way by comparing 2012 to 2013. this is work done by grace marie turner published last august in 2012 for every six full-time workers in america there was one part-time job created. in 2013 as the affordable care act came into play and came into force there was one full-time worker for every four part-time workers that created part-time jobs last year. in other news scary moments on a flight from san francisco to hong kong. nine people were hurt when the cafe pacific airway as the plane hit severe turbulence over japan. some people were thrown out of their seats and then they hit
