chatter but increased awareness among law enforcement since all of this stuff has been going on. >> just before the olympics explosives could be smuggled on flights to russia in toothpaste tubes. in 2001 shoe bomber richard reid try to bomb a plane with bomb material in his shoes. a person is charged with kidnapping and killing hailey owens. craig wood was arrested several hours after hailey was abducted from outside of her springfield, missouri house on tuesday. her body was found in the basement of his house. she had been shot. woods worked as a teacher's aid and a football coach for the local school district for the last 16 years. the community in shock this
