>> good morning harris and ainsley. we have all been frustrated with customer service at one time or another. satisfaction is at an all time hi it is shocking the company which received the lowest are among the biggest retailers in this country. according to this american customer satisfaction index traditional brick and mortar stores scored higher than the internet which ratings fell sharply. wall green companies drug store chains 65 billion in sales and was one of the few of the brick and mortars that did not improve its score year after year. cvs under performed in the drug store industry. second worse yet another chain this is rite aid which is the worst among u.s. drug store chains last year. the survey found customers were more satisfied shopping at smaller drug stores than the
