person impeachments those are punishments. i want the president to do their job and they allow us to go to court and do a judicial entity the judicial branch to order to do what the constitution requires him to do. >> whether what you are saying when the president goes beyond changing a law this bill would allow congress to go to a judge and have a judge stop that. if that were the law today what specifically could ydo you see f or congress going to a judge to prevent the president from implementing or force him to enforce? >> well, individual members don't have standing but hopefully the body itself does. look at the affordable care act. look at the abstentions and delays. >> obamacare. >> look at the immigration law. if you have immigration reform what guarantee do you have this

>> good evening, judge pirro. one door doesn't equivalent to an airplane. if that airplane broke up at high altitude the debris field would be quite large. until we get more information on that door, it like anything else is pure speculation at this point. >> if the plane was flying at 30,000 feet and it did blow up in the air the door wouldn't have survived? that would be smaller? >> what i am saying for a de brief period, if it came apart at that for whatever season the debris feels it is a little large.

>> this week we find out the president's big plans for all the uninsured to sign up just isn't working. a new study finds only one in 10 uninsured people who qualify for private plans through obamacare have bothered to enroll in the last 30-days. with me senior economic writer for the wall street journal steve moore and boston harold radio host adriana cohen. your family's insurance was canceled because of obamacare and now you have to pay almost 12,000 dollars more a year. first of all, why? >> well, first of all as you know my now the president lied to us when he promised if you like your healthcare plan you will keep it. pi period. we know that is not true. 5 million americans so far since october have lost their healthcare insurance.

this was not what we were promised. i found out a week ago my family is also having our healthcare plan canceled due to obamacare. this is a plan we liked. we have had for years and we could afford. i guess this letter from the massachusetts health connector said that if i want a similar hmo similar to the one my family had it will sky rocket our rates. my preem numb alone will go up by 7,750 dollars. my co-pays will go up and i will be subject to as much as 10,000 dollars in out of pocket expenses. this is not what the democrats and others who voted for obamacare promised. a i was promised we could keep our health insurance wouldn't leave our doctor or hospital and promised average family would see a savings of 2500 a year. >> when harry reid calls people like you who make these claims

liars the person lying clearly was the president. what do you think about that? >> i am deeply offended harry reid is calling me and my family a liar. we have suffered damages. we have had our healthcare insurance ripped away from us as have 5 million other americans. we been lied to and we have been damaged. we have been financially damaged it. he's trying to pass the blame to the coke brothers. i have never even met them. >> what do you think of this? >> this is only part of the problem. ed o the other part is you have employers dropping their health insurance plan because it is cheaper to dump them into the obamacare plan. now as you know just a few weeks ago you had the congressional budget office say this law was going to lead to the destruction of 2 to 3 million jobs.
