and the word from qua lampoor what do you think? >> we have another piece of the puzzle. it is narrowing the area to search. our focus needs to be in the southern route that is projected by the satellite system. how do we do that? model the possible place that the aircraft could have crashed and you obtain data and do modelling of the differentality to youeds that the aircraft could have floun at and take that seven and half fuel load and fly at different altitudes. they are all over the map on that. and models have to start working to find out where the aircraft may have run out of fuel.

narrowed down where flight 370 went down in the inian ocean. the actual physical evidence is found. and joining me dr. michael bodden. you were the chief forensec pathologist on the twa flight crash in 1986. thank you for joining us. the malaysia prime freedom said the flight went down in the indian ocean. what could remain on the surface and what could sink to the bottom of the ocean floor? >> a pose of luggage or floatable equipment that is in the aircraft, paper can come to the surface and be washed hundreds of thousands of mills away to shore lines for example. there is little dots of land in

the inian ocean where such superficial debris on top of the water can be found. on the bottom in the ocean bottom is where the black box and the fusal large and heavy stuff get down to the bottom. and that is what is looked for to find evidence to what happened. the black box is important. but even without the black box. finding the passengers and fusel age and give a great deal of information as to what happened. one of the issues. did one pilot kill the other pilot in order to do this by himself. was there a gun shot or bullet wound. that would be easily found. and more important. dna will be preserved down in the bottom of the ocean floor
