city division fbi became aware of an individual named booker aka mohammed abdel-llah atta who bid farewell to his friends and making comments indicating his jihad was eminent. he had been recruited by the u.s. army in february 2014 and was scheduled to report for basic training on april 7th. they interviewed him and it is unclear how they lost track of that. it appears there could be other individuals in addition to booker who may have expressed their intent to carry out the attack as well. a portion of the alert did not include the age or total demand
