>> both drivers are among the dead this morning along with seven passengers on the bus. the fed-ex truck was travelling in a southbound lane when it crossed into on coming traffic and hitting another car and then the bus. >> the tour bus was sent to bring prospective students to come to the campus. the bus was filled withed pa -- bus was filled with parents to find out about the crash. the official cause hasn't been determined. >> this out of washington. she was in charge of the disastrous obamacare rollout. >> no one has been fired. my goal is to get the web site up and running. the majority of people trying to get me to resign are not people

>> he faces 25 years to life in prison if he is convicted of murder. in a few hours the ex-con accused of the deadly daycare crash heads to court. he finally turned himself into authorities ending the manhunt. he rammed another car into the daycare center where more than 50 children were playing at the time and he drove right off. the accident killed a 4-year-old girl and left 14 others injured. >> one of the suspects involved in a brutal beating of a detroit man now charged with a hate crime. the 16-year-old who hasn't been identified is accused of killing utash with his fish and his feet. this came as hundreds gathered for a prayer service for utash. he remains in a medically induced coma.

the reason is not is surprise. first of all the obamacare web site kathleen sebelius bore the brunt of the blame for the implementation of this wasted hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars. the other real indication she was in trouble a little over a week ago president obama appeared in the rose garden for some what of a victory lap after the enrollment period ended. they enrolled 7 million people in the row gram. he said a number of people never once mentioned kathleen sebelius even though she was the person on this and she was sitting there in the front row. that is an indication that her support in the white house had begun to erode. now as far as what is next sebelius will stay in the job for a transition period but republicans say this does not fundamentally change the obamacare debate for them. >> this ultimately isn't about the person it is about the policy. secretary sebelius was in charge
