10:02 am
i think kathleen sebelius should have resigned and the reason she resigned. senate democrats are running scared. they are under water and losing because of obama care hurt so many millions of people. senate democrats demanded kathleen sebelius' head and we saw what happened yesterday. >> you heard the sound bite, the president shrugged off all of the problems with obama care and said the final score 7 million plus who signed up. he deliberately doesn'tous the term enrolled because that is different. it the president, senator, conveniently overlooking millions who lost their plans, their doctors, their hospital, they have lost their choice and millions are facing not only higher prem yups but a lot higher deductibles that they may

not be able to afford at all. ngregg, you are exactly right. he's trying to sweep the problems under the rug. the most revealing statement was the smug statement about the final score. he is vowed obama care as a political battle. this is not a political battle. millions of americans lost their jobs and forced in part- time work and lost their health insurance and lost their doctor or seeing their premiums sky rocket. every time i travel home to texas, i see men and women who are scared and lost their health insurance. i have's little girl with diabetes, i don't know what to do. and you know, the attitude of the democrats is exmre foyed like harry reid. every american who said they lost their doctor is lying. when you call people liars, that

shoes how out of touch president obama and the congressional democrats are. >> you know, senator john mccain that sylviowa a bierwell is an excellent choice. i am not sure that you and some of your senate colleagues agree with. that for example, jeff sessions, your colleague in hearing last month confronted her on why the president's budget planned to spend more than the president agreed to and signed. she refused to answer. and when pressed said we don't intend to abide by that, and you congress should a mend it. what is your reaction? >> well, look, i think there will be plenty of time for the senate to assess her
10:05 am
qualifications. i assume the senate democrats will vote in a partisan party line, but in my view, what the confirmation should be an opportunity to examine the failures of obama care and how people are hurting because of. it president obama went on national television a few months ago and apologized for having miss led the american people saying 28 times you like your health care plan you can keep it. knowing it was deliberately false. he said to the american people, if you apologize, the proof of an apology to do something to make it right. i hope this confirmation presents an opportunity for the president and senate democrats what are you going to do about the millions of people and all of the single moms who are forced to work 28 or 29 hours a week because of the 30 hour
