nuclear test was last february. since then the u.s. and south korea have upped surveillance on the north. just yesterday the south korean military activated a special crisis management task force. president obama is meeting with japan and south korea leaders later this week about the north's nuclear threats. fresh focus this morning on the sharp turn made by the south korean ferry before it sank. investigators now say it made a gradual j shaped turn not a sharp turn as data first indicated as two more crew members are in custody detained overnight. they joined the ferry's captain and 6 other members previously arrest theed. 104 people confirmed dead nearly 200 still missing. the death toll in washington is at 41.

over. >> the modern day range war unfolding it is getting ugly and costly for the family. the bundy family found some of their cattle dead and buried on the government compound where the bureau of land manager have been holding. bundy telling fox news they tortured the animals before shooting them and dumping their bodies into a shall bow mass grave. >> they took them until they were exhausted. some of them got broken legs. some of them were without water for long periods of time. the cattle were not in good shape. >> harry reid in nevada says it is far from over adding they are breaking the law. reid calling the bundies and their supporters domestic terrorists. >> i wouldn't call them domestic

peter doocy is live krurning the numbers for us. we heard a top official say they plan to hold votes in favor of the affordable care act against vulnerable candidates. fox news poll numbers show if opinion of obamacare is the only difference between two people on a ballot a majority 53 percent will vote for the one who will fight against obamacare. many voters are looking way past november. 51 percent now say 20-years from now obamacare is likely to be viewed as president obama's worst accomplishment. 37 percent have the opposite opinion. it will be deemed as his west accomplishment. then there's a question of what difference it will make in the

end? control of congress is on the line and the numbers are a lot closer when voters are asked who they vote for if the congressional election was today. 44 percent say republicans 41 percent say democrats. neither gets the majority and they are statistically tied within the margin of error. maybe this has something to do with it only 15 percent of voters approve of the job congress is doing. that's up a whole three percent. that number is tiny since they disapprove with what he is doing. >> whole lot of numbers. the ones that matter are those that come with the med term election. remember when president obama said this... >> transparency and the rule of law will be the touch stones of this president.

welcome back. panic in the streets of india when a frightened leopard bursts through the roof of a house. you see one man, he was just too slow and he was bitten, well, on the behind. as others scrambled to get out of the angry cat's way, the leopard left one rooftop to another before hopping down to the street where he was eventually cornered in a bathroom. he was later captured and then released into the wild.
