>> we have a programming change to tell you about. we'll see changes on monday our show will stay at 11:00 eastern time. we have a new show. outnumbered. one guy and four women. sounds fair. >> guys can hold their own. >> and thanks for joining us. great to have you with us today. >> america's news headquarters starts right now. >> this is a fox news alert, on the growing tension in ukraine. strong words from the u.s. to russia. i am elizabeth para. >> and vice-president joe biden in kiev and brought a blunt and direct warning to the russians as the u.s. pledges more for the ukraine's fragile government. >> we have heard a lot from the russian officials in the past
10:01 am
few days and now it is time for russia to stop talking and start acting. act on the commitments that they made. to get prorussian separatist to vacate buildings and checkpoints and accept amnesty and address their grefances politically. >> that is streaming live from ukraine where pro russian separatist control the key government buildings despite the agreement. >> reporter: exactly. a lot of folks say the russians are doing a lot. they are sending in special troops to organize the separatist and arm them as well. we took a ride a couple of hours up to the main pro lushian head quarter ares there and what we saw clearly show a well organized soldiers there and a lot of russian flags and tanks
10:02 am
there to greet you on main street and we saw the russian flag flying over the local city hall. they tell me they are not going anywhere. they want a referundum of turning oastern ukraine in their own country or go ahead and join russia the vice-president's visit to ukraine underscores the cold waresque stand off. and the issue of who is willing to do what. vice-president offered 50 million in aid to the ukraine and 8 million is nonlethal military aid. that may be a drop in the bucket to what they will need. a past couple of minutes after the vice-president left they announced military operations against the pro russian separatist. on the other hand, we got off of the phone with the leader of the
10:03 am
guy running everything in the head quarter ares, he said we are ready for a fight. he may get a lot of help if it comes to a fight. president putin reserves the right to use his troops on the border to protect russian supporters inside of the country. back to you. >> leland, thanks for joining us. >> back here at home, there is a battle between the u.s. and iran over the choice for un ambassad ambassador. iran is trying to overturn the u.s. not giving an visa. he said he was a translator for the student group that stormed at the time and opponents point to accusations that he was behind the assassination of a noted iranian defector.
10:04 am
the iranians commission calls that nonsense. should he be ambassador and will he come here despite the u.s. opposition. we have trick. who is on that panel. cuba, russia and china. what do we expect to happen? >> well, nothing will happen. this is a show at the un. they will go to the host committee inside of the committee of countries that try to tell the united states what to do and how to act. they deal with things like parking violations and issues administrative issues that come up for diplomats that are inside of new york. what they will try to do today is embarrass the united states
10:05 am
into offering this visa to the iranian ambassador and try to change our position just through kind of pressure and embarrassment and media attention. hopefully the media will not fall for it. >> will it work? >> no, president obama is under incredible pressure mainly from republican groups to make sure the visa is denied. eric, as you know, this is a privilege of the host country. we get to decide who comes in our country and every other country gets to decide who enters their country as well. the visa accept apse issue is standard and certainly the country doesn't want to change that. >> the president blocks it. and the president called it advisory, what did that mean? >> it means that the president and secretary of state gets to decide on the visas.
10:06 am
and the issue is whether or not we are going to issue a visa for this individual to come into the united states. and because the un is inside of the united states. we have to approve every single person that enters for the un conference because they are coming in the united states. what is interesting eric. there are three countries that are on restriction. what that means, the united states restricts iran and cuba and north korea in a 25 mile radius. in order to leave they have to ask for permission. two countries if they leave that 25 mile radius, they have to notify us. and that is russia and china. so we have certain countries on restrictions that they freely cannotroam the united states. >> and the troubling accusation over the political a sazination.

mohammed nagnewas 42 years at the time. and the most noted resistor in italy when two unknown gun men on a motor bike totally opened fire and whacked him in his car while he was going there. a defector according to the police fingered the ambassador for that murder. he was never charged and there was a trial of an iranian that was acquitted. involvement in hostage attacking and human rights abuses and terrorism is not uknock to hammid a bu levi. all of the diplomats have been in one form or another involved in criminal activities. is it true that the so- called terrorist diplomats come from iran and that is a possibility? >> we do know that iran is
10:08 am
a foremost state sponsored state of terrorism. it is a tactic and not far out of the question that the diplomats would support this type of activity. and the italy case that you referred to. evidence is mounting and the individual that iran wants to bring in the united states did this in italy and he was a part of it. and we should not have him inside of the united states. it is our right to deny. >> italian prosecutor told fox news he was not charged. >> thank you so much 689 that meeting was under six hours. >> communist north korea preparing for more nuclear test. that is according to south korea. it comes days ahead of president obama's trip to soeul on friday. friday is the anniversary of the founding of the north korean army. they have conducted three

percent. and one of the other questions fox asked in the poll, if you would support a candidate dedicateed to fighting obama care or defending it. and overwhelmingly and including a margin of 25 percent of dependents. voters said they would support candidates against obama care. we are talking about 535 separate races going on and three dozen of them are truly competitive. and so when park bark obama said democrats should campaign on obama care, that makes a lot of sense for candidates and democrats running for uncontested races in new york and california and illinois. in swing districts, and competitive races, you can so the intensity of the opposition of obama care swams the intensity for support for obama
10:11 am
care. >> you said it makes sense where it doesn't matter. it does matter and could impact the senate. i want you to put the poll up. independents, 54 percent of the independents will vote for a candidate who would be willing to fight against obama care. but there is red state democrats in a tough position right now. what does this poll tell you about those candidates. >> right, look. >> basically the republican party is overwhelmingly unified in obama care. 78 percent of the republicans are against. it and want it to be a big issue in terms of fighting it in the upcoming election. >> a quarter of democrats oppose obama care and those who support obama care are less passionate and intense about the issue. you have to remember. we are talking about the senate

races that is the main focus for everybody. it is much more determined to show up at the polls and you have a democrat that is much less determined to do something. you have barak obama and the democrats going on about the war on women and minorities and pollution and trying to gin up the youth and minority vote to comsay the the dangerous situation of low turn out among their base. >> they could have huge impact on the races and thank you for joining us today. >> there is new details on the horrible ferry sinking in south korea. four more crew members were arrested and talking and what they say in the crucial moments leading up to the deadly situation. >> and surroundingsh and the former florida governor, and
