an update on the nightmare unfolding off of the coast of south korea following the deadly ferry accident. search crews pulled 150 bodies from the sunken passenger ferry and with more than 150 still missing, that number is expected to rise. relatives are awaiting updates on missing loved ons. with today marking one week since the accident. the mood is less than hopeful. >> the relatives had hoped there may be survivors inside of the ship. but relatives have started to give up and accepting the reality. they now wish to recover the

this justice department move? >> i am. i have to disagree with david on this. this is implementation of the 2010 fair sentencing act that was passed and put in law by congress and the president that address the fixed mandatory sentencing requirements that put them in jail in the first place. so what they are doing now is going back and beefing up the clemency department and look at folks who are in jail for at lost ten years and they are sentenced under the prior sentencing structure and reviewing where they will be released. >> and who decides whether or not they are allowed to go free? >> they have to go through an entire program that is reviewed by the department of justice. it is seen by the justices there on the federal level. and so, it is an ongoing process and it is a very, very slow one and essentially what they have

done is replace. >> and dave said it is politics and that's why they are making this decision. what do you think of that? >> i don't see it necessarily as a political issue. this is what democrats and libertarians are always behind. not only do we have fair sentencing especially with the drug- related crimes. they were put away mand toralley under the law. it is against the law and should be sentenced. that's why federal justices prefer to have the ability to review the information. >> and you take an argument with that? >> yes, this is something that jessica said. where are the parole boards in this? they are removed from the process and it is pushed up to a higher level. how are they going to process those people?
