his students are suing the university of hawaii for violating their first amendment rights. in january members of the young americans for liberty were told that they could only hand out copies of the constitution in the campus's designated free speech zone. that zone, an often muddy and flooded spot on the edge of campus. according to the complaint administrators told the students university policy took precedent over their constitutional rights. the students are being represented by the same law firm that won a similar suit against modesto junior college. the suit asks to have the rules changed and for the university to pay the students attorneys fees. for theç past ten years administrators at creole elementary school in melbourne, florida, have been serving students three tablespoons of mountain dew before each test. why are they doing this? the principal said she read about its positive impacts in a study at one point.
