one of the world's most high-tech submarines has disappeared, maybe for good. it's a robotic sub lost contact north and east of new zealand while exploring one of the ocean's deepest spots. it's a trench that is more than six miles beneath the surface. searchers say they found debris in the water likely meaning the deep ocean's pressure crushed the sub. scientists say it's a huge loss for sea exploration, the $8 million submarine helped researchers reach areas of the ocean they have never before seen. iran is claiming it successfully copied an american spy drone. something u.s. officials say iran could not do. the country's supreme leader showed off the drone on government run television next to the american drone. that drone crashed in iran in 2011. u.s. officials say it had been conducting a spy mission of iran's nuclear site. the u.s. government demanded the craft back.
