oo i'm ainsley earhardt. we will begin the fox news alert brand new court documents revealing the accused boston marathon bombers might not have acted alone. they think the tsarnaev brothers had outside help making those bombs because of the sophisticated bombs. we have just learned the bomb fuses were made from christmas lights and remote detonate tors were used from car parts. they used black powder from fire crashi crackers and fuel for the bomb but none of that was found when their houses and cars were searched. he may face the death penalty if convicted. a california woman held captive for 10 years is found alive. her accused kidnaper is facing a judge. he is accused of drugging and abducting her girlfriend's daughter back in 2004 when she was 15 years old.

the now 25-year-old gained enough courage to come forward after she found her sister on facebook. >> on two separate occasions she tried to escape he caught her and she was beaten for her efforts. the suspect forced her to marry him and in 2012 she gave birth to his child. extreme weather pupilbling parts of our country. hail hitting colorado. flights at the denver airport grounded for hours after ping pong sized hail damaging 13 planes there. a whole lot of shaking going on in oklahoma. 17 earthquakes and a small tremor felt in virginia. none more than 3.6. nothing like the east coast earthquake in 2011 which caused all of the damage including cracks at the washington monument and national cathedral.

>> did the white house issue a bailout for insurance companies buried under hujs of pages of new regulations released last week a provision promises to pay insurers for any losses they incur by providing coverage on government exchanges. the move intended to keep premiums down. but the white house says it is highly unlikely the funds will be needed. drivers, here's the reason to be extra cautious as you drive to work this morning. a new report finds that more people run red lights at this time of year than any other. we just learned that drivers most frequently run red lights in the afternoon between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and the worst day of the week for red light runners, friday. >> in a rush to get home. >> are you fed up with surprised baggage fees and charges at the airport? >> a new airline tracrack down
