you. >> a mixture of all of it. >> this story breaking since saturday, it caught the administration by surprise. >> it did. the fires from testifying over the freeing of bowe bergdahl, the taliban wasting no time with what is clearly propaganda. militants armed with rocket launchers handing over a dazed bergdahl but not before warning him he will not make it out alive next time if he returns. we're learning more boat haven't the so called a terrorist we swapped with bergdahl. the taliban and five are now free to move or on the country as if they are living a life of luxury. authorities say they are not considering these men prisoners during the one-year stay. all of this infuriating many on capitol hill.

john boehner saying the president intentionally kept the plan a secret because he knew many lawmakers had deep misgivings of the terms of a swap for bergdahl. the administration is said to have thwarted such a plan two years ago. top democrats blast in the administration for keeping them in the dark about the transfer of five detainees out of guantanamo bay. diane feinstein chairs the committee. >> it comes with some surprise and dismay the transfers went ahead with no consultation, totally not following the law and in an issue of this kind of concern committee that bears the oversight responsibility i think you can see that we are very dismayed about it. >> we continue to hear more from his former platoon mates who can accuse him of being a deserter

the republican party is, they have been a little slow to support female democrats. in the past. democrats have been supporting. outsiders and tea party group came together to support her. typically we see division within the republican party. shooting inside the tent. spending money to unseat incumbents and fighting each other. they unite behind her and look what is the success when the party unites. >> sandra, when you look at pictures after the victory, this ask early on. this isn't a little edging, by quarter of vote count she had 54.3%. she was running with it. when you look at pictures, sarah palin and mitt romney. that is interesting. does this tell the democrat party that they don't have a hold on women voters necessarily or even women candidates? that they say they do versus the war on women? >> major victory. i love the way she came out swinging like this. i don't think it was all together that different the way
