>> we have another similar issue i want to address, six graders in one school district will see in be able to get condoms if they need one for free from their teachers. this after a 2013 survey found 7% of the girls in grades six through 12 had gotten pregnant. 5% have already gotten pregnant this year alone. the superintendent said students will have to have a conversation with teachers and counselors before they get the condom. not all parents like this idea, some saying 11 years old is just too young. you are a parent, kids are having at that age many times. this is too young for school to this tribute condoms to kids? >> my child is an infant, but i'm sure these are things they will face later on and i think 11 is way too young. you can't force them to use it and make sure it is in the right place at the right time. the bottom line. this introduces to those kids who aren't thinking about it yet.

you are right, this is another example of the government taking over for the parent. the scope of the school's duties are to teach my kids math, language, history, don't teach them values, religion, don't do the things parents are supposed to do. when did we agree it is okay for schools to tell kids anything about it? my views a between me and my child. what are the school administered is getting off surpassing my role as the father? >> maybe they live with a grandma or grandpa, a very delicate situation and they need the school to play this particular role, is it okay then? >> i think the difference is public and private schools. if your child is in the public school system, it is no ones business or place to preach value system, moral and religion and so on and so forth but if
