high school was a 15-year-old freshman. jared padgett was carrying a case and a duffle bag inside. the assault rifle used in the attack plus a hunting knife a hand gun and nine extra clips of ammo that he got from his home. he went straight in the locker room and shot dead emilio hoffman before injuring another person and turning the gun on himself. the graduation is still scheduled for tonight. >> the drunk driver charged in that deadly crash involving tracy morgan pleading not guilty in a new jersey court. roper remained silent as he was released on 50,000 dollars bail. he has proclaimed his innocence on twitter saying he's a scapegoat because a celebrity becau was involved. police say roper had not slept for 24-hours. funeral services will be held
