agent joins us now to breakdown the next step. thank you so much for joining us. appreciate your ex piece as always. what is happening to bergdahl right now? can you sake us through the steps now that he is back on american soil? >> i am sure he has had the preliminary questions asked. whenever intelligence is rolling. he has been five years, whether he was detained as a hostage or willingly, we will find out. regardless the information he has there's a lot to be gleaned from that. they have to take care of his well-being first and foremost. i am sure there are preliminary questions. now that he is back and stabilized for whatever he has i am sure the questioning is going to start pretty rapidly. >> five-years, the longest for any american ever. but it is in their best interest to get him in the best physical health possible so they can question him.

in terms of doctor patient privilege whatever he said can be passed on at this time? >> there is no doctor soldier privilege. there is with a psychologist, but just anything said in front of the doctors can be used against him. it is important to realize that when we bring soldiers back or the same which we treat our own prisoners of war we may have in guantanamo or detainees everybody is treated humanely those questions are solved. then the questioning starts. if he was an injured soldier he would be brought back and taken care of and treated the same way. now they can start to get those questions. whatever he may have said in p front of doctors there's no privilege for that. >> what do you see as the possible outcome? >> i think probably my opinion based on what we have seen happen before, we have about
