my own assessment careened from the video had something to do with it, the video had nothing to do with it. it may have affected some people it didn't effect other people. i was trying to make sense of it. i think the investigations that have been carried out basically conclude we can't say everybody was influenced. but what they said is spontaneous protests that was at the time what they thought. there is no doubt terrorists were involved. i from the very beginning and in my sametatements as you know an wrote in the chapters these are attackers. who is leading them we think we have one of the ringleaders in custody. others were either motivated because of their extremism and their ideology and others came along for the ride and others were motivated the video. >> what exactly are you taking responsibility for? >> i took responsibility for being at the head of the state

could produce tornadoes. we are looking at risk of storms through pennsylvania and florida. we have several inches of rain forecast over the next few days across states like iowa, wisconsin, parts of illinois and even portions of western pennsylvania. heads up could be seeing flooding across these areas. south of the frontal boundary enhancing the severe storms we are looking at temperatures really heating up. 90s in kansas city. ra raleigh and north carolina 97 degrees. we will keep an eye on it. >> you have seen the pictures children packed into warehouses after crossing the border. they are calling for emergency funding to beef up border security. they meet today.

that is stretching eastward as well as through parts of the northeast and the great lakes. we will be seeing potential for large hail for damaging winds and also tornadoes. i think the greatest risk area in terms of tornadoes will be right here in portions of the plains. the severe weather risk continues from southern minnesota to parts of kansas and the oklahoma panhandle. another concern is that basically these storms continue to fire up along a frontal boundary that is out here across portions of the northern plains the great lakes and continues to produce heavy rain out here. flooding is a concern and has been ongoing early this morning across states like iowa and parts of north dakota. several more inches of rain expected out there. travel will be severely impacted in cities like chicago and boston. you could be seeing areas of heavy rain moving through with showers and storms expected.
