are feeling less and less free. gallup reporting a steady drop since 2006 when 91% of americans are happy with their freedom. 83% satisfied, 17% dissatisfied. in 2013 the satisfaction rate down to 79% with 21% of americans dissatisfied wit free. with ranking country's most satisfied with their freedom, the u.s. comes in at number 36. new zealand number one, even cambodia and united arab emirates ranked higher. now, kevin, when you see this americans concerned about the freedoms being limited, does this make you nervous? >> yes. it has been going on for decades. it is all about mandates now, the irs punishing us.

number one on this list. this has happened rapidly. this puts us not even in the top quarter of countries feeling that freedom. gun sales at record highs, people feared their rights were being taken away from them. they fear the right to bear i was really taken from them. people feel like they're freedoms are missing. >> maybe we can put it back up again. number three really is cambodia. people in cambodia feel like they have more freedom than we do. look at the history that cambodia had as a communist nation during the cold war. people feel they have more freedom, perception is reality, people tend to act on their emotions.

they buy guns and do things demonstratively. >> is cambodia really in the top 10? >> they were not driving women. >> congressional approval numbers are down. barack obama's approval numbers are down. can't people come back to you? can they get elected to inspire people that we care about your freedom and your civil liberties. cannot happen? >> yes, that is a great question. to me this is scary is that people feel they are losing their freedoms and united arab emirates they feel they have more freedom. fewer point, this could be the time for a libertarian. before people said they are great but not electable, somebody like rand paul whose views now mere that of the american people the freedoms are being taken away is a huge political threat. i would argue not even a dark

horse because somebody like rand paul can take the social issues off the table and people said they felt this way because government corruption. who better than to make the argument to say you are taking some money from some of the elves and giving it to someone else, that is the epitome of corruption. >> would you run as a libertarian or a libertarian view republican? >> definitely the second one. a little bit too hot, stay away from them. >> if we get young people excited, can promise you that. one of the top leaders a mom who does not think women can have it all. who said it and why she feels that way. an alarming information of kids and sexting. what they are more likely to do if they send those messages.

because i have talked to a lot of men who have had kids, i did not get married until i was 38, a lot of my buddies some had already become grandparents. they regret not spending more time at home. i should have spent more time with my kids. it varies from person to person what the definition of having it all is. i think that is one of the reasons we decided to homescho homeschool, independent movies over the last nine years so the kids can travel with me. it is kind of neat for them to check out. >> have you ever been asked this question? >> i know i don't have it all. i'm a very strong-willed person, i know that. everybody looks for the negative like in your profession.

it is a very competitive. >> it women are not doing well in their home life, they are not satisfied. for many there are not doing well professionally. it is very different. >> if it is an emergency, it is a real emergency. that is what i have always read. she is getting other people to be the parent and throws her husband under the bus. nobody date her to do what she is doing. forcing her. she chose be one of the top three earning ceos in the country, that was by choice. for other choices have to reflect her values as well. >> may be can't have it all all the time.

couple has raised more than a billion dollars in the past two decades through their vast network of corporate pals, donors and organizations supporting their causes n a 2016 race, expected to top the billion mark that was spent in the last election. so the potential clinton financial lon slaut is catching republican as attention. many gop insiders telling the journal that the clintons could take early and insurmountable lead in the 2016 money race and never look back. a top republican fund-raiser saying quote, clinton ink will be the most formidable fund-raising operation for the democrats in the history of the country, period, exclamation point. it sure causes concern. i have to say, i would agree with that statement, harris. >> really? >> and not just because of the money they could earn but the earned media that they're going to get which is free but it costs a lot of money for shows to talk about her which we're doing right now. >> it is interesting. a lot of what has been said

about hillary clinton recently with her book rolling out has been hard choices between which gaffe to choose, right? so there was some concern among her people i would imagine, her pr people, are we going to get out of this. i don't think it mattered all that much. i think what mattered we've been talking about her. as you look forward though, my wiggy would be, critics of clinton looks like industry donors will come back to the clintons, where have they been jedediah? didn't obama need the same people? >> they have been waiting for hillary? >> don't you think though at the same time on the republican side there is going to be so much fund-raising as well to try and defeat the clintons? >> i think that is why a lot of republicans look to jeb bush. i think they see in jeb bush the capacity to raise similar kind of money. i would caution against that though. i would say, go for the populist candidate. we were talking how barack obama, harris, had a lot of these smaller donations. he had a lot of regular people who couldn't afford to give a

♪ >> oatt, it's a great day. welcome back to outnumbered. big brother at your bedside? yeah. massachusetts general hospital is asking every patient who comes through their doors if they have an addiction problem. may sound a little intrusive. but if you answer enough questions about having too many drinks now and then or having done illegal drugs a while back you could face an intervention. the hospital says it wants to help those who can not help

themselves. we make it incredibly hard for people to access care for addiction. part of our goal is shifting that culture end quote. are they trying to save you from your personal demons or overstepping. we'll start with sandra on this one. >> i like it. people with dependence problems don't realize. people don't go to doctor unless they go to emergency room. they don't have family and friends that identify the problem. you could say no to the questions. you don't have to answer them. i don't see anything wrong f they identified the problem, hospitals say 100% of the time if they deem there's a problem they bring in social worker that people willing to see the social worker. i don't see much wrong with it. >> this is interesting. we have little thing called hipaa. every time you see the doctor you have to fill out all the paperwork. can you vet the questions? can you cherry-pick them? from what i read, they are pretty intrusive. some people may not agree. maybe they don't want this. kevin, what do you think? >> i have to agree with you.
