and there is wiowa lmington. we could deal with a landfall sooner and southward than originally anticipated. this is where the storm is tracking in the next few hours toward an overnight landfall in cape patterus. it has to curve now to make that forecast and the models. a lot of the forecast models are moving westward and that indicates a potential earlier landfall. and southward. and national hurricane center has been steadfast with their tra yektory. and i also want to point out, there is a possibility that the storm will make more of's westward track inside of the cone of uncertainty. there is at track from the national hurricane center and again hugging the coast line here as a category 2 storm and they think potentially a land

10:10 am
>> what about the other candidates, is she taking the oxygen out of the rom for them? >> they don't want there to be an air of inevitability. that doesn't excite the democrat base. they could be sec of her by the time 2016. and there are potential candidates running to the left of her. martin omolly and look at his record at the government. and he could run to the left of hillary clinton in that instance. and the democratic establishment rallied behind hillary clinton. and she has a robust machine. and it is enough to scare them out. >> but what about the barak obama example. this guy came out of no where to win iowa and the nomination. nany candidate has to look at
10:11 am
that obvious example. any candidate looking at this and potential candidate has to so weakness in hillary clinton. she had a bock tour that she was able to tailor and not looking so strong and can inevitable. and martin omolly and a fresh face like omolly and duvall patrick of massachusetts and liz warren. massachusetts democratic senator could run hillary clinton as old corporatist. unhoik elizabeth warren. >> and bon name he didn't mention was joe biden, the sitting vice-president. he wants the job doesn't he? >> he has run before and we have sewn in the past what happened. and i will say looking become to 2007 and 8. one thing that happen there. hillary clinton had the black vote shored up and once

and they know for a fact in syria and yemen. two dangerous al-qaeda groups joined forces and we know their history in 2009 whether the jet liner was over detroit they like to use the blastic bombs and they are not easy to detect. and so all of the direct flights from africa and the middle east are thoroughly searched and checking bags and looking for anything that is not apparent. and looking in the shoes and hand carried bags and searching individuals and there is a setback for all of the international flights and the lines getting on is longer and it is a thorough job they do for a while. >> it is necessary, he did get on the plane, and he was not successful thankfully, but he got on the plane with a bomb in

his pants. president obama is urnling pene pone leaders to beef up the security because of concern for flights coming in the u.s. and greg reported earlier that uganda is reacting to a specific threat. and so are we going to get the other european leaders on board with this? >> we are. and they are on board. even with the tsa announcement, all of the direct flights and europeans, and remember islamic extremist attracted fighter ares from u.s. and europe. and right now there is a tremend amount of people in the region and makes it difficult for us to monitor those people. we have a disruption of what is happening in iraq and in the region, but our intelligence suffers when it happens. we don't have regular sources of information. and everything is disturbed and
10:19 am
that creates a problem. we have specific information about the type of bomb and we know the factors are joined together to create a major threat. but at the same time we are losing information and sources and intelligence because of what is going on and that is why it is a concerning time for us. >> we are safe? >> we are safe as can be. we have intelligence networks and drones and surges and enforcement operation and final frontier, security and tsa. those make us safer, but is foolproof? >> are those explosives, can we so them detect them. >> if we see someone who is not dressed appropriately and sticks out. let somebody know. it is so important to it say

>> no, mr. nil. and my lady. i am here to answer mr. nel's question to provide the truth. the truth would come before my patient. >> and what this means, join, the criminal defense attorney and trial attorney and it got heated there and you have the doctor and the professor and exercise of medicine. trying to testify for the defense and saying that pistorias's disabilities contributed to stress and anxiety. john, is this position going to fly with the judge? >> i think so, in order to understand whether or not pistorias whether or not pistorias wanted to kill reeva steenkamp. he was disabled and brought up to think that everything in life is a danger by his mother. this is what the psychiatrist

state in the reports and in the testimony. and so it is a subjected bloef. and as long as the judge believes that ostar pistorias in his mind thought that there might be an intruder this is the defense. it is reasonable doubt and that is a high standard and allegations of suspicion. but has the burden of proof been prove ep. >> whit no, how do you poke holes in that argument? >> first and foremost start with the premise during the testimony is only an evaluation of pistorias that occurred after the murder. we are not taking about evidence of what he felt or experienced at the time of the ips dept. we are talking about an evaluation or assessment that had been done and charged with murder and he's feeling
10:28 am
vulnerability and depressed and he's facing a murder charge. i still believe that the prosecutions has been strong in the sense that they managed to it show the insecurity that he experiences and something that was playing out before the murder. he was demonstrating possession. >> and john, get back to the testimony. and of course accident we don't want to be insensitive to all people with disabilities. and we'll stick with pistorias here. he is one of the fastest runners in the world and a macho public image. how does his persona come in to play? well again, you have to in order to understand this case. you have to understand the mipped set of a disabled person.
10:29 am
it all dpz to the there is nothing thatmented to kill a girlfriend. and that is 1 or 2 that the prosecutions is taking out and cherry-picking to show the judge he had a motive to kill and in the grand scheme all you have is a double amputee and his life is threatened. and battle the ground. and that is not unreasonable in the circumstances. i think he will be found not guilty. we'll give you the last 30 seconds. >>y totally disagree. >> the and the state and prosecutions should be put forward and they had managed to show steenkamp was in fear of
