10:07 am
she called it a brilliant stroke because she carried it out. there is a picture of her holding the russia reset button and now russia envaded ukraine. and on obama care. she has to have a policy to fix this plan. if she wants to fix obama care and not just running away from it. she would have to have concrete plans to fix the law. >> the reset button and she has a change of tune called vladimar putin dangerous. is this a beginning of moving away from the president's record but her past statement. >> she will have a tough time separating on foreign policy because of her role of secretary of state. i think the most important difference she would make it not so much about policy but effectiveness and strategy. remember that president obama has not had a good relationship
10:08 am
with congress in his entire president soine with the super majority of democrats he stuggled to get the health care to pass. and now in the clinton president so under bill clinton, he worked with a republican congress and did a lot of big things in fact. i think hillary clinton if she chooses to run point to that record and that is more who i am. i have the ability to work with members was congress even those who disagree with me to get things done. >> lbj, who brought people in and back slapped them and bill clinton was one of the leaders in that department want >> she will have to talk about policies that appeal to middle of the road republicans. and this is in the early stages. i am not sure what that is going
10:09 am
to be. she has tried to do it on issues of foreign policy and critized or publicly supported the traps fer of the five guantanamo it could commanders for bergdahl. but aides locked the report that she was skeptical of the deal. >> she was really saying that's why. and she was saying x? >> and exactly. a lot of triangulation in terms of rhetoric. they will have a difficult time to come up with policies. nchris, what does she do now. finished the book tour and summer in the hamptons and will not be in a swanky place. but does she lay low, her poll numbers have been dropping. what does she do here on in? >> she will not lay low. she'll continue to make speeches and a grandkid on the way and
10:10 am
time it will move quickly and she will build up support around the people around the country and make sher are decision and we'll have to wait and see. >> does anyone doubt what her decision already is, chris? >> no, i think it is clear that she is setting up a stage to run. we don't want to predict the future like this. things happen. but all signs indicate she is running. >> setting up the gate or looking like the horse is gone? >> it seems like. it i think i would wait and see how the polls are gone. if she is losing in the poll 99s with the republicans and it may not be working the fight. but if she has better odds to run, she will run for sure. >> thank you so much. jenna. >> and one of our big stories,

10:22 am
play it. we talked about the evidence rom and that's who made the video. they are expensive and they put them together and meant to be used in trial. the fact that defense didn't use it. it leads one to believe it is not helpful in the case. >> is it enough to impact the trial even though it was only released on television? >> there is no jury and no one to impact but the judge. and it is not played in the courtroom and not directly affect the trial. and i saw the actual video because another network played it. i speak from personal experience. i got attacked in detail and ask me to reenact it for you today, it is not going to be in the same. he's in the office and not with the adrenalin and emotion and

10:24 am
a do over. >> he pussy to theed around it just enough to avoid that from happening and i would be shocked if they asked for it tomorrow. you have to make the motions usually when it comes up. >> from this point on, the defense is done with the final witness and i want a night to think about it. >> and that is what they think about it. >> and we have a couple of more we would like to get to. and what do you make of that and how does the defense feel about the defense of oscar pistorias? >> it should be despite the video and the month break in the trial, the issue is, did oscar pistorias kill his girlfriend with mals and afore thought. and the answer to that is no. and if the defense wants a night to morning quarterback. give it to him. >> they are worried that the
10:25 am
prosecution had an opportunity to call a rebuttal witness. what if they call somebody and this is the last bite of the apple. and that may be the hesitation. >> and the prosecutions was really about the screaming, earliy on in their case and talking about a woman's scream coming from inside of the house. and what oscar pistorias's team was saying no, that was oscar pistorias screaming. what is interesting, the video has him screaming and he doesn't sound like a woman. and that's where one wondered if it will come in or will the prosecution try to go back to those points and do what they haven't done? >> that is a great point. that's probably why the defense didn't introduce it. but when you are not in the heat of that moment with that emotion your voice will come out
10:26 am
differently. you don't want to hear what i said when i was attacked. so i think that is why it is not coming in and if that sways the judge. we have a problem. the defense has a real problem with that. >> will they rest their case and when will we get a decision. great to have you both. eric? >> jenna, right now, a swimmer is speaking out about a terrifying account with a great white shark. the seven foot shark bit him in the chest. man, patty ann, it is something we all fear in the ocean. >> reporter: it really is terrifying and in this case it could have been tragic. >> shark! get out of the water. shark! steve robeles was doing
