caution, you are about to enter the no spin zone. the factor begins right now. ♪ ♪ i'm bill o'reilly. thanks for watching us tonight. two dangerous situations remain unresolved. that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. people stopped me asking why the country is in such a mess. no folks why opening threatening america. jordan and other another country saying that his isis army will attack. custody. the defense department let him go during the bush administration. now, he heads up, perhaps the most powerful terrorist organization in the world. another big screw up in the war on terror. as you may know, the isis army is an off shoot of al

qaeda now occupying a thousand square miles in iraq and syria. well-armed, well-funded, wants to kill americans. yet, president obama has done very little to constrain isis. in fact, it looks like the president doesn't know what to do. certainly baghdad does not fear the u.s.a. a brutal situation that's about to get much worse. even more upsetting to some americans is the chaos. border patrol agent openly criticized the obama administration. >> we have a situation right now where federal government is pretty much aiding and abetting and facilitating the spug gling of these individuals of illegal aliens. these illegal aliens cross our borders illegally. we have to pretty much surrender themselves because they know they are getting a free pass. this is organized, orchestrated situation. it's orchestrated by the drug cartels and it's pretty much a rapid abuse of our immigration system.

>> is he a spokesperson for the national border patrol council for the laredo, texas sector. his opinion is echoed by many federal agents we have spoken with. on the state level, texas governor rick perry equally blunt. >> what has to be addressed is the security of the border. you know that, i know that the president of the united states knows that i don't believe he particularly cares whether or not the border of the united states is secure. president obama is traveling to texas this week but is not going to the border. that strikes talking points as very strange. ed henry will have a report in just a few moments. the president has made a few statements about the border melt down but not many. perhaps because the stats are so grim. in this fiscal year, about 300,000 undocumented aliens are expected to be apprehended by the border patrol. that includes more than auto thousand children. an average of 200 kids per day. that's a 99% increase for fiscal year 2013.

does not even account for those illegals who allude the border patrol. so far on president obama's watch more than 2 million illegal aliens have been apprehended by federal authorities. more than half were deported in year until deportation slowed down. that has led to bitterness by some americans directly impacted by illegal immigration. in a few moments we will talk with the mayor of murrieta, california a town in the eye of the storm. on long island where i live, houses are being rented to hispanic men. dozens of them. dozens, living in a single house, wreaking havoc on the entire neighborhood. and all over the u.s.a., social problems are arising because of the influx of my grants. again, the obama administration seems unprepared to deal with the problem. late today the a.p. reported there is no plan to send immigrant children back to their countries yet. no plan. last week abc news reported the situation this way. >> melissa brought her a-year-old son on the

journey. starting in honduras, then 8 days on a bus through mexico, across the rio grande by raft in texas. four nights in border patrol processing center and then by bus to maryland. all with just one promise, show up in court today at 10:00 in the morning in baltimore. abc news was there. she was not. she wasn't at the maryland address she gave either. border that control sources say fewer than 20% ever show up as promised. >> that's a disaster. and every fair-minded person knows it. but we are living in a time of intense ideology. which sometimes fogs up dangerous situations. some on the left believe that the u.s.a. should accept all so-called refugees, all of them. and if you oppose that philosophy, you are inhumane, uncaring, unchristian, and so on. the demonization of opposition has been effective for the left. spurred on by a sympathetic media for example, americans who believe that companies should not pay for abortion

inducing medications are practicing gender bigotry. if you believe people on welfare should be drug tested you are anti-poor. if you believe in i.d. should be shown at the voting booth like they do in canada, you are anti-poor. if you believe traditional marriage should have a special place in society, you are a homophobe. and in some cases if you criticize president obama's policies you are a racial bigot. that's why there is so much anger in america. the issues have become very personal. no longer are opposing points of view respected. the left is driving this terrible train although, although, i have to say pictures of anti-illegal immigration protesters spitting at people were disgusting. there is a lunatic fringe on the right as well it greatly harms the debate for effective immigration policy. the truth is, that president obama has lost control of the process. america is now being threatened by terrorists once again. and the terrorists believe they are winning.

the southern border is soif. mexico is hundreds of thousands coming into this country. america is a place much opportunity. we should take a sane number of immigrants every year into our system. to have millions of mostly poor people, pour into this country without the resources to care for them, to educate them, to relocate them, is simply anarchy. the obama administration said for years the border was secure. that was the backbone of the proposed immigration reform law never has been true. the public was sold a lie. if americans don't wake up and soon and demand a better performance from their elected officials on all levels, this country will continue to decline. right now the president should degrade the isis army

place. we knew the magnitude of this. we had already been getting calls and concerns and questions. so we had collected all the data and information over the weekend and we did that press conference on monday. just to assure people that murrieta is going to remain safe. these are the facts as we know them and try to sketch rumors that were out there. >> why did they murrieta? >> that's a good question. we don't know. come to find out apparently they have known about this problem for quite some time and we have done our research pause we weren't getting a lot of answers. one of which how long do we need to sustain. this after the research we have done we didn't see he this coming to an end any time soon. that's was a big concern to us. >> where were they going to put the people they were busing into your town? where were they going to put them. >> there is a a facility here that's basically a jail. that was another concern. we he had safety and health issues that we wanted to have answers too. they couldn't answer those. this is designed to be a jail. these kids, women, children,

they are being transported all over the country. come to find out they didn't have the health screen they needed. they didn't get the care they needed. he they wanted to come here and spend the night in a jail facility which is no place, it's not even humane for people to do that. >> chaotic situation federal government to impose on your town. now, your town, according to the 2010 census 26% hispanic. >> correct. can you tell me how the hispanic community in yet that is reacting to all of this? >> well, early on in our conference hearing, we actually had hispanics that were immigrants that came up and they had concerns, too. the same concerns that everyone else has. that is the irony of this. i'm listening to both sides and what i'm hearing is something very similar. people want a fair and efficient process for immigrants to come over here. that's not being done. the efficiency of how these people are being treated is

what did rivera say? >> we are going to talk a little bit later. is he interested in making sure justice is served. >> once it gets to that level, then the next level is physical violence and punching and then, you know, you can't have that. if you. >> bill, we said from the beginning that we wanted to provide for the safety of all. you listen to that press conference, i was very clear. we wanted to make sure that everyone remained safe on both sides of the protest line and everyone who passes through the city of mur let attachment that was our primary mission. >> i think you guys have largely accomplished that i think you should be proud of your town, the state police in california. have you kept a lid on the situation. but, the federal government, i mean, it's outrageous. if you had access to president obama, what would you say to him tonight? >> i would ask him the same questions that everyone is asking me. what are you going to do? this is a federal problem. it needs to be addressed at

hume zone segment tonight. fox news political analyst brit hume is in washington this evening. i don't think i have ever seen anything like this in all the years i have been covering the news. it looks like president obama doesn't know what to do in the middle east and with this isis situation on the border. he seems like is he paralyzed. go. >> well it, looked for a brief period last week week, bill, as if he had an idea in mind how to deal with this border situation and that was to ask congress to change the law under the law passed in 2008 treats these central american immigrant children differently from one border from mexico or canada. in order to they were entitled under the law to receive -- they can't be immediately deported or september back into mexico or can't. gee poor station proceedings are to begin they can't be sent away until their

hearing is held in front of a judge. now, when you got them here by the tens of thousands you can imagining how long that will take. here under the current law for quite a while. at a minimum. he was going to ask congress to change the law to make it easier to deport them. he has decided tonight is he not going to do that. which suggests to me is no no hurry to solve the problem. is he going to ask congress for a bunch of money to continue operating under the present law and to perhaps to encourage mexico to enforce its borders with guatemala, honduras and el salvador. this is pretty feeble response by man who on this issue is looking feeble indeed. >> feeble is an interesting word. really, i'm trying to figure it out. you know, i'm trying to figure it out. but he must know and his people must know that he is going to go down in history as probably the top five worst presidents of all
