boiling over as immigrant children continue filling into the country. president obama will meet with governor rick perry to talk about the problem. drip down to the border. now some prominent democrats want to know why. >> he's doing fund raising, and i thank him as a democrat for doing that, but he can get on air force one right after the last fund raiser, go down to the border, go see the situation. >> congressman quayle also said he hopes it doesn't turn into obama's katrina moment. so far he's asking for $3.7 billion to fix the problem at the border. of that hhs has $1.8 billion carved out to house these children. homeland security has $1.1 billion to deter crossers. but republicans want to see more of that money going to really locking down the border.v

11,000 people. and the recovery of the 737 jet liner fuselages continue in montana. they have removed two from a riverbank in western montana. they fell off of a cargo train. the planes were en route to the boeing final assembly plant when the train went off the tracks. about 20% of the fleet off the streets in memphis and sick. it's the blue flu. it has been plaguing the department since late june. the city's mayor says this stoppage is, quote, straining the department. they are seeing their premiums rise more than 20%. >> they don't care anything about the retirees. but next year's election year. and one thing i know how to do is campaign against somebody. >> we need the police force,

hope you're having a great morning. in the news today, the family of the pregnant woman who went missing more than a week ago is now pleading for help. they're asking anyone to come forward who might have seen or heard from the 19-year-old erin corwin, the wife of a marine. the investigation and search continues with no new developments. >> her voluntarily running off doesn't make sense. not to mention she doesn't have the funds to do so. originally we thought she was lost. we kind of started to lose hope of that whenever her vehicle was found without her. we don't know what to think and that's the hardest part. >> the mother to be vanished on her way to the national park in california. a south dakota man is dead after choking to death during a hot dog eating contest. this man was scarfing down hot dogs when he began to choke and collapse. he was rushed to a local

about the president's trip today? >> reporter: good morning. the white house has quickly adjusted the president's schedule so he can meet with governor perry today. one democrat, though, says that he should visit the border and has even compared this to president obama's katrina moment when he viewed the devastation from the window of air force one. and this democrat says that president obama shouldn't make the same mistake. >> he's doing fund raising and i thank him as a democrat for doing that, but he can get on air force one right after the last fund raiser, get on air force one, go down to the border, go see the situation. >> reporter: that action, though, that the white house is taking includes asking congress for $3.7 billion to help house and process the flood of young immigrants. the request does not include the tide of immigration.

them. and then they go on to say we look forward to working closely with whistle blowers, the committee, and va leadership in the coming months to find solutions. hopefully they can. >> kelly wright live for us. thanks. now another fox news alert. rockets fired at tel aviv. israel's defenses intercepted border attacks. some of which left citizens fleeing for bomb shelters. israel's military quickly striking back bombing more than 150 sites in gaza killing five alleged members of hamas. isis militants have taken control of a former chemical weapons facility in iraq. remnants of 2500 degraded chemical rockets filled with the deadly nerve agent sarin are stored in that facility. the bunker was bombed back in 1991 destroying most of those rockets. the u.s. state department says that it would be nearly impossible to use that material for military purposes.
