$2,500 less a year for it and said benghazi was caused by a little video, and he said he would get to the bottom of the irs scandal and the same president said there was a redline in syria and our border ares were more are secure than they have been. and his justice department persured a conservative film maker. but not the people who botched fast and furious. and the president made a bogus promise. >> i have a track record of transparency. >> i will make our government open and transparent. >> we'll do it in a transparent way. >> so the american people can be involve would in their own government. transparency and the rule of law will be the touch stones of this presidency. >> in reality, this administration makes the darkest days of the nixon administration look like a glass bottom boat off of the kayman islands.

border ares agents, hss worker ares and volunteers are told see, nothing, hear nothing, and speak nothing. the press are given strict rules of what they see and ask and can report. which leads me to ask. a president who thinks he can suspend the first amendment or commriant or press cops that goes along with the abuse of office. i understand no elected official is not pointing a gun. no law said that a person has to ask questions or grants introduce especially if the reporter is biased but public facility are run by public. os are the public's business. when a iy fort sills in oklahoma, he was

told he couldn't come. but he was then said he could but given a long list of restriction. we elect congress to ask questions and have oversight over the way our money is spent. saying to a congressman that he can't do his job and enter a federal facility in his own district ought to outrage every journalist in america. where is the outrage and if the press will not practice the first amendment they will lose. it i am not a journalist and i don't play one on tv. i am a partisan who ran for and held public office under the auspicious of a political party and i readily confess my point of view. there are two too few press left when the president covers up the government that is to serve us.

this week some journalist sent a letter and laid out how the administration stone walls. as for the immigration mess. i am sad for the babies and kids who are tossed over our board so they can try to get a foot hold in a country. if this is it a humanitarian crisis tis the president's lax policys that created it. and if it is urgent, the president ought to stop playing pool with buddies and cancel the high dollar fundraisers for political cronies and get down in the middle of it and take charge of it instead of taking checks from big donors. president obama's action would be the equivalent of going to new orleans in the height of katrina to eat the creole food and never visit the ninth ward and super dome and the press

needs to hold him accountable or we may lose the great republic. because the watch dog is now a lapping to. if thousands of babies can get across the border ares, do you not wonder how many terrorist are walking across every day. and this president and a commriiant and blind press should be held accountable as co-conspiritors. >> and unlike president obama, my first guest tonight has been to the southern boarder and video proof of what is going on down there. >> right now border patrol in that preserve trying to apprehend the families that are coming across. and move over to the right. the park is empty. but today before 5:00, it was filled with border patrol and constables and where they have gone i have no idea. and this scares me to death. over there is mexico and that is

the rio, and you can see the lights on the cars. they are all scouts and little boats coming across and they keep coming back and forth and that wave runner is bringing over drugs and people. and so while we are over here trying to get families, we have got everything dangerous coming through on the right. >> joining me now just back from the mexican border is dennis lynch. thanks for coming back and you put together a remarkable video. you have seen this, not just recently over the course of the past several years as you documented the immigration crisis. what troubles you the most? >> my most recent visit was life changing. i have seen so many things take place in my last visit a couple of weeks ago. with four children, i am concerned.

our country has fallen off of the cliff. from a disease stand point, hundreds of thousands of people crossed the border and they are not checked for any diseases and we are starting to see border patrol agents first ones to be affected. last night a border patrol agent was hospitalized for bacteria pneumonia and it will hit america square in the face in staept. the schools are not prepared for this. and i have been to the boarder and i talk to schools where i live. they are looking at me like a deer in head light. most americans don't know what is taking place. and so we'll get hit hard with that. we are at the border patrol union telling the border patrol come to work with gloves and extra pair of shoes and shower before you leave so you don't

contaminate your children and wife at home. governor, when i say it is it a life changing event. i am not the point where i say america is in more trouble than it has been in our lifetime. >> you have video and interviewed one of the border patrol agents and we can't show his face or identify him. he would be fired on the spot. but this is very revealing of what you just said and validates what you just said and i want to watch it and then we'll get your comments. >> the health check and screening that we are seeing, we basically ask them if they are feeling okay and if they are sick. >> there are reports right now that the kids are put in the detention centers and holding centers that they are getting immunization checks. do you have any idea if it is true or not? >> i have not seen a child sent or have any sort of medical

staff come and check the children. i have seen numerous families come in and out and no one touched them in any way, shape or form. >> this is alarming. this is not a activist who doesn't like immigrants. a lot of people are torn with the compassion for the children but i want to hold my government responsible for protecting the rest of america and saying it is one thing to provide assistance for hungry kids and diseased children, but to main stroem them in the middle of the schools in america without protecting the people who are exposed. that is really serious and that's what the agent was saying. >> our immigration laws are designed to protect american workers from unfair kochitition and protect american lives. that is not happening. until we remove the incentive it

behind their back. >> the moral of the border patrol is all- time low. and they trust me and send me information because they know i get it out and they are suffering from two perspectives one as a american and their profession. imagine i tell you you had to talk about something you don't want to talk about. the country is under attack if you will because we have no leadership. there is number talking about solving the problem the right way. >> a lot of us are saying if this easy for a baby to get through, how easy is it for somebody to come across that is maybe a drug dealer or serial killer or frightens me how many terrorist from the middle east instead of kennedy airport with a passport are going to the southern border and walking across because who's going to stop them. >> i have a chill inside. they are already here.

they are already here. i have worked with the border patrol and caught these people at night. they are smiling and illegal alien. you pick up his shirt ms 13. and i have caught people from midge east mixed in. it is not hard to mix in the night time. 50 percent of what is coming through the border is undetected. families are caught and rest are coming to an area near you. mexican ms 13 gang members are paid 50,000 a head to bring in special customers from middle east and russia and happening as i am speaking to you right now. the federal government knows but can't stop it because we are too worried about the children and families, hundreds of thousands of families came through the border and i watched it firsthand. >> frightening stuff.

people are very strong. but i want to show you something, this is a grabbed rocket. this is a tail of a grabbed rocket one of hundreds that was shot by hamas terrorist group on to the israeli cities. we find hundreds of them. and i would like everyone of your vowers to imagine this messil eight feet long filled with explosives and sharpnel. and imagine how they feel if one fell in their neighborhood or children's kindergarten or school or on their own home god forbid. that is what israel is facing today. we are not seeing the world act so we understand that we are on our own. and mike, we will defend ourselves and we will win. >> you say you will defend yourself and i have no doubt about that. we have sewn the remarkable

success rate of the iron dome. 90 percent of the missiles that were targeted were successfully brought down, but there's still a ongoing problem that you have with hamas located in gaza and growing stronger as iowa ran is feeding them explosives and weaponry. will there be a point when israel goes into gaza and put an end to this? >> it is certainly on the table. i will remind you, governor, about nine years ago, we evacuated the gaza strip and handed it over to the palestinians. they had promised it would be the singapore of the middle east or something of that sort. and instead just a few days after evacuated 8,000 israelis from their homes. hamas turned the gaza strip in to a fortresses of terror and developed missiles and rockets.

they are having tunnels, digging tunnels from gaza from israeli towns to conduct terrorist attack. and my big lesson is, when we hand over our land on the arabs it turns in a fortresses of terror and can we should never do that again or9réóqdñ make th mistake again. >> you know, you and i feel strongly i as an american ande!% you as an israel. the whole notion, some of it pushed by my country is giving up territory and let your enemy get closer and the closer he gets the nicer he becomes, that is naive and it is proven, even of giving up land and believing it would turn out for good. do they now see it is not going

and the only solid and stable area and free democracy is israel and we are proud about it and going to keep it. >> real quickly. i have to ask you about the difference in dealing with the retaliation with the rocket fire and rockets that are coming in to israel, they are just targeting civilians and you specifically targeted the military target and terrorist cells. explain the difference between the way you're approaching what you do and what the palestinians are doing through the auspiciouses of hamas? >> in israel we send soldiers to defend civilians and in gaza they send sichillians to defend terrorist. they place the rocket launchers within hospitals and schools and kindergartens in order for us to shoot back and kill their
