9:00 this morning. we should emphasize this was the beginning of the cease fire, but both sides have 12-hours before firing technically becomes a violation. that said, this morning at 9:00 the israeli captain accepted the terms of the cease fire. from ma'am has. as you said some elements within hamas, those within gaza pub clickcally stated they are rejecting the cease fire. those not living within gaza stated publically they are still taking into consideration the terms of the cease fire. there are multiple voices within hamas trying to determine what to do. lastly very quickly prime minister netanyahu said hamas rejects the cease fire angel will consider escalation and

resumption of air strikes. >> back at home. the case of the crashed hard drive strikes again. instead of lois lerner this one belongs to one of the former colleagues. she resigned from the federal election commission after violating the hash act by campaigning for the president while on federal time. darrel issa looking into why congress was just recently told the fcc could not recover her hard drive making it impossible to seek federal charges against her. issa asking them to release all documents to the hard drive by july 28th. >> paying medical claims without proof some veterans have earned it. they sited the agency to pay tens of thousands of disability payments without supporting medical evidence.
