being here and thank you to you. this is mike huckabee from new york, good night and god bless. stay tuned for "justice with judge jeanine. >> welcome to a special sunday edition of "justice." i am judge jeanine. escalating crisis in the middle east. word two americans lost their lives in the israeli palestinian conflict. and the latest on the downed plane. what was russia's role. first my open. sooner or later the truth comes out. what i am about to tell you is going to surprise you even the most cynical of you. it is more about barack obama than humanitarian crisis. when you first heard of the border crisis i know you had vision just as i had of babies being carried by their siblings

hot, hungry, exhausted looking for a safe haven, a better existence and everything the american dream has to offer. when you you first heard of the crisis i know you thought as did i that it was an emergency continued you knew ahead of time to prepare for it. i have news for you most are not babies whose parents are sending them to escape a violent country in need of a better life. example, 43-year-old pedro alberto montrose so navaz from honduras who crossed illegally with children voluntarily turned himself into border patrol. he admitted he was an alien knowing he would be given a pass. he was processed and released as are all illegals entering our southern border. he is an enincomplete family un in america. today he is under arrest for the

murder of a 24-year-old women in louisiana. the influx of a criminal element should be no surprise. number one it is statistically inevitable especially given the number of males between the ages of 14 and 17 who freely admit their violent gang affiliation with one of the world's most brutal games. criminals is also inevitable since we have no way to screen or know who has the criminal record. remember jimmy carter some what rehabilitated since our current president now holds the number one spot as the worst president in modern times. in 1980 he allowed him to enter our country most coming by boat of cuba. the majority released from cuban prisons and mental health facilities. they came for a better life with
6:03 pm
castro's blessing. castro wanted to get rid of them was a little smarter than carter who wanted to give the cubans a safe haven to the detriment of us. pros sissed the illegals quickly and expeditiously is based upon humanitarian crisis the one that president obama declared last month. how would you feel if you heard the human crisis involving poor children of babies from central america the same ones who were now being sent to your state, your town and your veil lj was won the obama administration knew that was coming for two years. now the deluge that caught us all by surprise so urgent it is taking border patrol agents from protecting the border to changing diapers and feed be babies was not only apparent to the obama administration ages ago but was one they tried to cover up.
6:04 pm
over the past two years mull tilt warning signs were conveyed to the obama administration. studies they funded concerning the coming surge and customs and border patrol as well as ice agents were ringing alarm bells. the white house was involved two years ago in efforts to care for these kids when they negotiated the temporary shelter at lack land air force base in texas. so why you say would the obama administration not prepare and plan and warn us two years ago? why? because as i told you, i draw but one conclusion. barack obama is intentionally using the immigration crisis as an excuse to change the demographics and ultimately the electorate of this nation. indeed our president was more focused on reelection and legacy of immigration overhaul.
6:05 pm
it was a calculated decision by the white house to not alert us, to not protect our borders and to not send a message to those central american countries or cold war president to stop the exodus because barack obama had a narrative the truth would destroy. if the president were to tell us this surge was coming indeed already started it would be far more difficult to pass comprehensive immigration reform, wouldn't it? for sure they didn't tell capitol hill who found out only when the nongovernment organizations and churches started to request additional funding to take care of these kids. the office of refugee reset element of 2011 had a budget of 149 million to shelter and care for foreign children. in 02014 after the surge it was up to 376 million. this year 495 million and guess what? this year the white house just
6:06 pm
bumped it up to 912 million. mr. president, you were using this crisis for your own political purpose, to protect your legacy, to change the electorate, to saver your paert, and a medical emotional and financial cost to the american people. why don't you just admit that you understood two years ago had this leaked out your so-called comprehensive immigration reform didn't have a chance of becoming law? lucky for us, the truth always comes out. and that's my open. facebook or tweet me at judge jeanine at what you think. we will read some of your spnss later in the show. israel ramps up the gaza offensive after 13 israeli soldiers are killed. the latest from the middle east is next.

>> border patrol is allowing ministers and church groups entry into detention center in arizona where thousands of illegal immigrants children are being housed. all right father, if churches and pastors and ministers are not being allowed to provide any kind of religious assistance to these kids and these immigrant families or family units whatever they might be what would be the rationale behind that? >> i think we are seeing a phenomenon we are seeing recently in our country. it is downplayed. the obama administration wants to tell the catholic church how to run itself. they want to talk about confession in open court. now we have border patrol agents saying mass ministers can't give service for people who are in distress. these kids most of them catholic could use a priest or nun to help them. >> it is not just the catholics. it is any minister any denomination is not allowed in.
6:54 pm
if i remember correctly the president, although they wouldn't go to the border he is not letting them in. what could be the reason? i understand they couldn't take in blankets of food and if someone is sick and they are catholics and they want to see a priest they are not allowed? >> i was a navy chaplain for years. we have service personnel and chap lns in hospitals and federal prisons and police department is chaplain, fire department is chaplain. why can't they tubing to peop--k to people when they are in need. religion is basic. most of these kids come from religious families. we should respect that. >> it speaks volumes to this administration especially if they are saying we have our own people who can talk to them.
6:55 pm
>> the border patrol agents have their own chaplains. they are employees of the border patrol and they do it a two-week course. they give comfort to people and that's important. even self description is for the employees. they are not meant to serve the illegal immigrants. >> border patrol has become administered with two-week force. >> some of them already ministers i read. if you are religious you can be named chap ln with border patrol. there are no catholic priests which happen for the border patrol unlike the navy and police department. priests, ministers, rabbis in a week we have muslim chaplains going at guantanamo. why is that? if we can do that that's fine. what about the kids coming across the border. >> immigrant children need to be protected and welcomed what do
6:56 pm
you think the church leaders can do here? >> wicked have the ability to talk to people find out what they need. they are going through great conflict. fare families have abandoned them sending them across the border by themselves. >> i think a lot of comfort could be given when you have mother teresa's nuns priests going in there mass and praying with the kids. that is what we need. >> the administration should not stand in the way of religion. that's not right. >> nothing now is it? >> sad to say. >> we have lolths of responses to my open last night. some agreed with me. our president doesn't own a pair of big boy pants some say. steve said it is time to do something like resign.
6:57 pm
