days until okay 10th. we hear from bank signals it could be extended longer than that. we are told it is a privacy issue we can't know. we have asked where the children are going there have been 212 teenagers. we have a right to know as citizens of the state of ok oklahoma to know present policies on border patrol failed. we are an open border. it appears to me he is more amnesty. once these children are released into our state more than any other state more than likely they are not going to show up for a hearing. it will have an impact upon our schools and healthcare facilities. >> happening today the irs is targeting a tea party groups front and center on capitol hill. a house panel will hear

testimony about abuses made by the agency. this as house republicans propose a top to bottom reorganization of the agency. lawmakers want to scrap the commissioner's role for a multi member commission. >> in a rare move the department of defense will oversee the plagiarism probe of john walsh. he's accused of copying and pasting entire pieces of his master thesis at the war college. they will decide if discipline is warranted based on the review of the case washington congress and a military veteran. >> the ncaa agrees to settle a head injury lawsuit and create a $7 million concussion fund. it will pay for testing to gauge the extent of brain injury. it calls for tougher return to play rules for players who receive head blows, but some say it doesn't go far enough. unlike a similar lawsuit in the nfl, this deal does not set aside money to pay players who

suffered brain trauma. instead athletes can sue individually for damages. it is the end of july and many people are seeing cooler temperatures. will the trend continue? >> it will continue for today but then we will see temperatures return to normal in july and august already around the corner. take a look at the current temperatures across parts of the east. we could be setting record lows. in pittsburgh current temperature 53 degrees. you are in the 50's as far south as nashville, tennessee, and atlanta, georgia, current temperature is 60 degrees. we have a big dip in the jet stream. it is bringing our high temperatures even hi-loer. cities like chicago and cleveland. take a look at the portions of southeast, atlanta you are already heating up 85 degrees.
