crash into the wall. ward gets out of his car instead of getting off the track walks in the direction of on coming cars apparently agitated with stewart after almost getting hit by a first car he continues to walk towards stewart's car ward right off the moment before his rear peel hits him sending him flying 50 feet before landing limb on the track. he died later in the hospital. poli people are blaming stewart but police disagree right now. >> there is no evidence in hand or no facts that would support a criminal charge or support criminal intent on the part of anybody. >> following the fatal incident tony stewart issued this statement, there aren't words to describe the sadness i feel

features on the moon. beautiful night. hopefully a lot of you got to see it across the country. let's take a look at the weather. it will be a hot day over the portions of the pacific northwest. 93 degrees in seattle. not bad over the midwest and great lakes. highs cool with highs only in the 70's. across parts of the northwest we have an elevated fire danger, so a number of fire weather watches and warnings in effect. further to the east across portions of the interior northeast western parts of pennsylvania through the city of pittsburgh in the flakes and parts of northern florida you are expecting to see showers and storms today. some could produce isolate the showers and rainfall. 3 inches of rain and isolated severe weather will be possible as well.

dozens of homes as the largest wildfire rages along the river. right now more than 440 firefighters using helicopters and boats. they are fighting the flames. the blaze burning about 92 square miles near boise. the fire nearly 20 percent contained. >> a bird is to blame moments before takeoff. the flight waudz heading to new york city when they used the emergency flags to evacuate. >> people are screaming. i held everybody back. >> three people suffering minor injuries. the passengers were put on another flight and safely landed in new york city. >> less than a mile after takeoff a small plane hit the
