>> protestors as far away from california and new york among the 31 people raised overnight. rioters getting even more violent opening fire in the crowd and injuring two people. der garrett tinner live. >> they hoped they would see improvement ott on the ground. that was not the case. things could have been much worse if it wasn't for community leaders who helped break up the protests and keep them back from the police and protestors clashing. ron johnson has what police are facing. two of the hand guns recovered from last night as well as a molotov cocktail one of many that were thrown at officers. police responded by firing smoke and tear gas, rubber bullets as well as the long range acoustic device to break up the crowd.

significant finding out of what you were able to investigate so far? >> first step the gun shot wounds are rather straight forward. there shouldn't be disagreement among the three autopsies as to where the bullet the entered and exited the body. that should be straight forward how he was holding his hands and arms has to be interpreted. the diagram you sees traditional over the world of how bodies positioned with where they are grounds r wounds. standing at attention palms floor ward. that's where the six bullet wounds entered the body.
