we seen stuff lift up and people running. >> there is this incredible florida causing the gators football team to post tone then cancel their home opener. >> more storms will force many to spend the day inside. >> maria molina has been tracking all of these >> good morning. we had extreme weather yesterday along parts of the east coast. even in massachusetts the national weather service has been investigating an area that could potentially be a tornado. we had strong winds in that area producing isolated areas of damage. that will be something to watch out for as well. we had severe weather across parts of the plains. that storm system is moving eastward and across portions of the midwest in indiana, parts of northwest ohio and missouri. you can see a line of storms pushing through southwestern parts of the state of missouri.

we are looking at the risk of large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. we have cool air moving southward. in rapid city it will be high temperatures to the east and south of the storm system it is very much feeling like summer. north carolina and raleigh 96 degrees for the high. 90 in atlanta further west to dallas and dell rio 102 degrees. you factor in the humidity it will feel a lot hotter across the northeast united states an the southern plains. head out to the beach. last week i was on vacation i wanted to share photos with you. i was able to make it down to parts of south dakota. there was storm chasing we did
