we are back here next sunday, every sunday, 11:00 and 5:00 with the latest buzz. fox news alert on that horrific knew video purporting to show british aid worker david haynes beingby heeded by an isis terrorist. >> i'm eric shawn. a blunt and emotional david cameron responding forcefully. he used powerful language vowing to hunt down the terrorist and quote, ensure they face justice. he made no explicit mention of joining the u.s. air strikes anticipated, he did promise to do whatever is necessary to defeat the terrorists who it seems are only em boldened.

emmy kellogg jones us live with the latest from london. >> reporter: hi, eric. david cameron said that british military intelligence are helping with logistics and other aspects of the u.s. air strikes, but as you mentioned, not getting involved in unilateral air strikes of any kind in iraq. what britain is focused on is providing arms to the fighters really on the front lines of this fight with isis. there was an emergency government meeting this morning. 9ñ the urgency in the fight against these terrorists only increases. and the video released by isis, the killer dressed in black with what seems to be the same british accent we've heard before pointed to britain's arming of the soldiers and the bombing of the dam that isis is

i don't care anybody should be surprised at that. and honestly until the white house gets a grip on what it really wants to do, i don't think we're going to see much support, certainly in hard terms, from people who should be our natural alleys. >> even in the wakezd#n of the beheading of mr. hains, they are saying they are not going to conduct air strikes. that the u.s. will be doing it only directly. who are our alleys in this and will others step up? >> so far, it's france and australia. you know, the british are consumed with the referendum this thursday which accord together polls there's at least an even chance that scotland is going to secede from the united kingdom. so we may forgive the brits

briefly. the larger issue is that our administration is still gripped in the idea that we're fighting some kind of counter-terrorism strategy. isis now has control over a territory roughly the size of great britain. every day that goes by, they are able to consolidate control over that territory. they're not a bunch of people lurking in the shadows or the hills. they control territory. until we roll them back, they will simply continue to create their state and acting as a n magnet for terrorists all over the world. >> and it's getting more serious. what about our arab allies for example. why won't sawed dd ddypx -- sad arabia, why won't they step up. is it unrealistic to rely on the
