holder refusing to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate lois lerner after the agency targeted tea party groups. as the nation's first african american attorney general race played a role from the start. it seems racial we have always been and we i believe continue to be in too many ways essentially a nation of cowards. >> most recently holder announced a civil rights investigation of a ferguson mississippi police department after the police department shot and killed an unarmed teenager. >> that brings us to look who is talking. they are sounding off on eric holder's track record. >> he has been a social crusader and people think he is from the very beginning we are a nation of cowards everybody knows that line. that stamped his whole tenure as attorney general. he sees most things through a racial lens or a liberal crusader lens.
