thank you for being here. at the center of the news, we have this guy, a beloved muslim beheads somebody, could that be a coincidence? >> there's no coincidence into how he carried out the attack. the fbi is involved because the more the police department said, this guy has a facebook page and connection to these mosques, and he's posting these messages in favor of his finger pointed up. this is a symbol muslims understand around the world. he's doing that inside the mosque in oklahoma city. he has individuals, so i think they realize, this is someone who has these ties. yes, he has a criminal record but there's something else that's happened to him in the last couple of years. >> and this is just criminal, like any other first-degree murder charge? or are these terror charges that aught to be brought against him?
3:17 am
and does that category really make a difference in the punishment? >> well, it wouldn't necessarily make a difference in the punishment in this case. oklahoma is a tough penalty state. he'll be charged with first-degree murder and it's likely he'll be obviously convicted in this situation. if people saw this, there's a lot of evidence here. and so i don't think it's so much the concern about is he going to be convicted or not. the question is, how do we define this? and the idea of a lone wolf terrorist, it means that it is someone who may be inspired by. this shows the heart of the reason why the islamic state is putting out these videos of beheadings. it is not just to scare us. it is to inspire people like this. people who, yes, they may have anger and may have a reason, they may get fired from work, but then they carried out in a more horrific way and a way to link only to one group and only one specific group. and that's this new jihadi terrorist we're facing. on top of that, i would like to

add the connection to the mosque in oklahoma city that he's attended making firm he attended and saying he was a little weird but no red flags. it's the same mosque mob that then moved to boston and went where the boston bombers went. so there's a direct tie happening what's inside these communities. that's key for the fbi, i think that's why they are involved. what is going on in the mosques that they are breaching to inspire someone to take this to another level. being angry at work for getting fired and carrying out a bh beheading doesn't go together, typically. >> are there other charges he could be charged with? >> that's for the fbi. was he possibly communicating with somebody from the islamic state, someone online, his facebook page was very active. was it someone at the moss snk he has photos up on the facebook page of individuals that makes it easy for the fbi to come one

a list of people to talk to showing who he was with at the mosque. they can go there to start the investigation to see, not just this individual, who will ultimately be found guilty of first-degree murder and other crimes. it is going to likely face the death penalty. but this could be the reason why, whether the obama administration wants to admit it or not, you need to investigate the mosques. there's something going on and these are the islamic societies, they are in boston and oklahoma city. i think that's key. >> jay, thank you for your time today. >> thank you. 19 minutes after the hour this sunday. coming up on the program, hundreds of flights canceled for another day after a worker allegedly set the air traffic control center on fire. what's going on at the airport? and it turns out hackers aren't just stealing your information at the checkout counter. now they can take over your computer or phone. but not for good reasons.

that's the way i look at life. especially now that i live with a higher risk of stroke due to afib, a type of irregular heartbeat, not caused by a heart valve problem. i was taking warfarin, but wondered if i kept digging, could i come up with something better. my doctor told me about eliquis... for three important reasons. one, in a clinical trial, eliquis was proven to reduce the risk of stroke better than warfarin. two, eliquis had less major bleeding than warfarin. and three, unlike warfarin, there's no routine blood testing. don't stop taking eliquis unless your doctor tells you to, as stopping increases your risk of having a stroke.
4:15 am
eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. don't take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. while taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily and it may take longer than usual for any bleeding to stop. seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. those three important reasons are why eliquis is a better find for me. ask your doctor today if eliquis is right for you.

could we roll the tape back next weekend? >> i think we are looking at another 200,000-plus numbers. the number of full-time ork workers versus part-time workers. the businesses struggle with the cost of obamacare and regulations. they have come up with ideas to keep the workforces below 50 people if they can so they don't have to add benefits, but largely speaking the numbers have been improved. i expect that to continue next week. certainly 210,000 is what the expectation is on wall street. >> we'll be watching. maria, thanks a lot. >> thank you. >> very cool. coming up on the show, top christian singer david crowder is live on the plaza with his latest project. it's his solo project. ♪ oh thank you god i see the light ♪
