the idea is they would get to the scene of an outbreak within 72-hours. this all comes as the cdc is issuing new guidelines for hospitals that are dealing with ebola patients. the idea is to make sure this does not spread to healthcare workers. >> they did have exposure to skin. there was skin exposed and hair that was exposed. in our setting of tertiary care we want to make sure that is no longer the case. >> the old government guidelines were not good enough to deal with the outbreak of the disease. meantime the ebola czar is going to begin his -- ron klain will begin as ebola czar.
