good morning to you. it is november 16, 2014. i'm andrea aerhardt. murdered by a madmen. we'll have the latest straight ahead. and are americans stupid? we asked president obama about that. >> i just heard about that. the fact that some adviser who never worked on our staff expressed his opinion. >> we have done a little research and it turns out the president's own campaign video

tells a very different story. we have it for you. >> i don't even know that guy. and mitch mcconnell and president obama meet up for that bourbon, sort of. >> you know, i think this election had a clear message. >> yes, it did. >> the people rejected you. >> and "snl" doesn't end there. more of that tape straight ahead. "fox & friends" begins right now. good morning. >> bourbon on this sunday morning. welcome to "fox & friends." >> it's 5:00 somewhere, right? >> it is. >> ainsley earhardt is here this morning in for anna. >> great to be here with you guys. we just heard about this news not too long ago. breaking overnight, a new isis video is surfacing allegedly showing the beheading of a u.s.

aide worker. his people in is peter kassig. the video yet to be verified does not show the murder but the aftermath. a mass militant claiming to have killed kassig. the 16-minute long video also shows what appears to be the mass killing of captured syrian soldiers. former army ranger turned caseworker kassig had been held in captivity since last year. the newly-released video issues a threat directly to president obama saying they will take the fight to american streets. the timing of the video's release coincides with new reports that jihadi john, the ii isis militant, was recently hurt in air strikes but his condition is unknown. and 75 kids are now sick with a polio-like disease. the children are suffering from

between the ages of 18 to 28 to have one year of service to care about our world. and ed henry traveling with the president in australia is putting him in the hot seat. and what does the president say in response to your question yesterday? >> well, good morning. good to see you, clayton. bottom line, the president wanted to talk at the beginning of the news conference about the positive aspects of his long eight-day trip where he talked about the economy, his exports, the climate change deal. but he had a series of tough questions on isis strategy, the immigration executive orders coming up. when i pressed him on the health care issue with jonathan gruber. for the first time, he was
3:05 am
pressed on it. what i was trying to do is ask throughout this trip, at various stops like burma, how the government needs to be accountable to the people. so i pressed him on the fact that it appears jonathan gruber is saying this administration lied to the american people. did you mislead americans about taxes, about keeping your plans in order to get the bill passed? >> no. i did not. i just heard about this, i get well briefed before i come out here. the fact that some adviser who never worked on our staff expresses an opinion that i've completely disagreed with in terms of the voters is no reflection on the actual process that was run. we have a year-long debate, i mean, go back and look at your stories. the one thing we can't say is that we did not have a lengthy debate about health care in the

united states of america. or that it was not adequately covered. i think it's fair to say that it was not a provision in the health care law that was not extensive ligated and was fully transparent. >> bottom line is, the president's supporters are now on social media jumping on the fact that the president went on to say that at the second year begins, he believes the law is going well. the president's detractors are jumping on the fact that he said, look, some adviser, i just heard about this brief by my staff, that's going to inflame his critics even more. especially as we hear the stories of jonathan gruber being in the oval office, helping advise the staff and the president himself on some of this. and the republicans have been saying they want to have talks with jonathan gruber and push for more votes to repeal this law. the president made fun of that saying they will never repeal
3:07 am
it, but the republicans are jumping on these comments. >> ed henry this morning live with the president. a great line of questioning there. you saw the president smiling away the answer, but remember that jonathan gruber was on the federal payroll. so $400,000, he may not know him, some adviser, i cannot think of his name right now when you ask this question. >> pretty hard to make this case. because i think people who didn't follow the obamacare debate will be satisfied with that answer, i didn't know the guy. but it turns out there's direct video evidence tying the president to jonathan gruber. this is from the obamacare video from the 2012 election. watch this. >> you helped governor romney develop this romneycare before going down to washington to develop president obama develop his national version of that law. when people sort of knew but they didn't announce yet, i went to do the tutorial of what we have done in massachusetts. and how it would work and
3:08 am
basically thinking about expanding it to the national same. the next time i see him is summer of 2009, at this point he short of knew we had a good plan on coverage but was worried at cost control. so we had a meeting in the oval office with several experts, including myself. >> in the oval office. >> that last sentence, he was so worried about the costs, so he came down to washington, but yet the president is saying he's not on the staff. i think this is like the equivalent of hiring a freela e freelancer, right? he's hiring him as a freelancer but he may not be on the staff permanently 365 days a year, but when we need him, we'll fly him to washington. in fact, we'll use your tax dollars to pay him. >> he was working were for the president. >> 10%. >> he made more than people working on the staff. >> he said, i would like to stay a freelancer because i'll make more this way. >> he said, i don't want your

help. >> he was the highest white house paid staffer making $400,000. >> that was just with the federal government. that's not with all the tapes. >> he was flown in to figure out how to hide this question of covering the uninsured, which he made the point in the videos, most americans don't care about covering the uninsured, but we have to mask it in this cost controlful so we'll keep your costs down. but if you look at the front page of "the new york times" yesterday, we now see the 20% increase in the open enrollment with a 20% increase in your premium from last year to this year. >> not surprising. keep in mind, gruber had no experience running an insurance company or a health care company. he spent his entire life in a ten-year position from which he could not be fired. he's never participated in the u.s. economy. he said that himself in 2010, he said this to politico, quote,

system moving through. and then lake-effect snow behind that. then we have the next developing system. we are seeing snow overnight across parts of nebraska and iowa. we'll see a little bit more to that, but the system is going to consolidate into a heavy stretch of snow from the panhandle of texas to the buffalo area and down across the parts of the southeast with a significant rain as well. we'll talk about how cold it has been right now. you should be at 42 for the average in minneapolis. take a look all the way through next sunday. you don't get above freezing. the cold air is here and not going anywhere just yet. >> good football weather. another video reveals shocking comments from the obamacare architect and this time he doesn't just think you're dumb. >> i don't think the voters in florida don't care about the uninsured, but i think they are misinformed because they have not managed to get through with the message. >> now the american voter is racist as well. these comments will only make these things worse for obamacare our next guest says.

explain the cost and provider rates in cutting back medicaid, i think you would get the majority of support strength anything the program. i think because of racial reasons and other things we have not managed to get through with that message. >> if you don't like our health care plan, you're a racist. here to react, a board certified ent and leader of the black leadership network. thank you for coming on with us this morning. >> pleased to be with you. >> your position, is there a racial component to obamacare that i missed somehow? that something people are motivated by the racial how doe? >> it doesn't. what they are fighting now is reality setting in. over the past year, everything the theretical, i see patients in our practice all day.
3:17 am
and our practice has been hit by the affordable care act. people are coming in thinking they are covered and find out their out-of-pocket costs are $2,000 to $3,000 before the insurance company kicks in a penny. we are losing patients, ands the not just doctors but hospitals as well. this is about having access. and people in rural areas and cities, young people, senior citizens, nobody really is getting access. and that's why the cost of health care dropped. not because the bill is so fabulous, because people can't afford to use it. >> if the architect of obamacare believes that people only use their care because they are uninformed and bigoted, that ends the debate. they are really saying, shut up, i don't want to hear your complaint. >> that's the playbook they use all the time.
3:18 am
and the problem with this is it will expose exactly what they have been lying about this entire time. this bill was not about health care but control. and physicians, we're being dominated by the bill. we are not allowed to take care of our patients anymore. and doctors who really practice democratic oath are finding if you really care about your patients and want to be an advocate, you cannot take the affordable care act because it works against you. this is about social engineering and i believe this has always been a trojan horse for single care. this is not going to work. it was designed to bring an insurance system already in place and cause chaos. that's what is happening right now. >> and in the end, the only option will be for the government to take over the entire system. is that what you're saying? >> i think that's the rulebook or playbook they're going to use. the people -- look what is happening over the next month or so, people are signing up for
3:19 am
the affordable care act and prices have tripled. i've had patients say i couldn't afford it last year and can't afford it this year, what am i going to do? private insurance policy for the small businesses is about to drop as well. so we'll have a lot more people getting their insurance dropped and they'll have to go, i think the government believes, into these exchanges. so they are pulling the rug out from everybody. >> really chilling and scary. i hope you're wrong but i think you're probably right. dr., thank you for coming on this morning. really appreciate it. >> my pleasure. coming up, the magazine or "time" magazine backtracking on words that should be banned from the english language. why they are begging for forgiveness from feminists. we'll tell you why coming up. and why it's such a hard time finding jobs. but sonya is here to explain this for us, next.

3:45 am
technique surfaced, all the liberals in this country, the liberal media was on that so big with outcry. and everybody was so upset. why is this media, why does the liberal media and why are americans not upset men americans are getting their heads cut off. we have terrorists cutting off american heads and it barely gets a blip on the radar. if we don't start doing what is necessary to combat terrorism, and i can discuss that, if we don't start doing what is necessary, you better believe it's coming to america. and then the hillary clintons of the world who are so accustomed to going, what difference dutz it make? it's going to make a real difference when it is here on our grounds. >> 100%. what do we need to do differently? >> well, first of all, we have to inhibit recruiting. i've said this many times. if we don't get the terrorists to where they can't recruit fresh blood, we're never going to defeat them. here's what you don't do. you don't capture them, bring them to america, bring them and feed them better than our troops
